At first I dont really understand maybe because I did not read the agreement and term and policies, yeah its seems its my fault, but thanks for Edith the one who email me about my account, and yes rightnow it enlighten me about the apps, thank you very much, for still taking care for my case

The support team answered rapidly and efficiently. The entire experience with Myscentshops felt very devious. I was originally purchasing something through Sportcheck/North Face and ended up subscribed to Myscentshops. Then I received an email that I was being charged more without any approval on my part. Furthermore, when I cancelled online it said it would take two weeks. I was afraid of being charged even more without consent.

Absolute scam

Misleading original email. Turns out you are subscribing to a membership scheme. This is never clearly set out. Had to cancel my card to ensure no further payments taken.
