Try and take a wipe out…
Try and take a wipe out while holding the baby. You either get 10 out at the same time… or sometimes one, that looks like it’s been rolled up like a pen. The hole where you get the wipes out is wayyyy too small.
The smell is also off putting. I wish I could return them. But I have them now… trying to get through them all.

Our wipes are interleaved so purposefully lead on to the next one in the pack however we're sorry that you're finding them tricky to take out one at a time. We are listening and working on a new packaging design to make removal easier.
Whilst the majority of customers we speak to like the natural smell of our wipes, we appreciate it doesn’t appeal to everyone. We would liken it to coriander or lavender, which divides opinion on being nice or horrible. However we do really appreciate your feedback on this.

Great company and product!
Have been using my pura for 4 years for both my children! Love it. Easy with the subscription and don't have to worry about going out to buy. Love that the wipes are flushable! The ingredients are great, don't give them rash and their skin isn't sensitive to it. Just amazing product, would 100% recommend and I will keep using until my 2 year old no longer needs!

Our favourite nappies
Our favourite nappies!
Super soft, leaks are very rare even overnight, and baby hardly ever gets nappy rash.
The subscription is also really convenient

Very good
I used pura, I think for about 3 years. We love it. Nappies are very good for baby's skin, my boys never had any red rashes like after massmarket nappies from supermarket.

Best nappy’s around
Best nappy’s around. My kids have never had any nappy rash. Been using this company for years. Having a subscription with the company sending nappy’s every couple of weeks without having to tell them is great. Mums have enough to remember and this service is very helpful.

Customer service is excellent!
Nappies are really great aswell, I’ve recently tried the pull ups and I would say they need some more work. It may be that my little one is still abit small for them but I’ve had a few leaks.

Delivery reliable and wipes are plastic free and tough and not too small. However your advertising assumes we are all purchasing your product for a baby/toddler. I have always purchased them for an adult who wears pads.

Slight re-design of packaging required.
My Pura wipes are great but the peel back flap to get to them is far too close to the opening. The flap constantly wants to close & re-stick itself as you try to remove a wipe - very frustrating. The fixed part of the peel back flap needs to be moved further away from the opening in order it stays open without having to hold it back with one hand whilst trying to remove a wipe with the other.

The wipes absolutely suck
The wipes absolutely suck! Can’t just get one out simply without an entire chunk of them coming out. Not ideal when I have one hand and I’m trying to grab just one to use because my son started peeing on me mid change. Not to mention they are super thin and harsh like on his bum…which is red again from using these. The diapers however are great but I’m going back to Millie Moon wipes.

We're also sorry that your little one is experiencing irritation while using our wipes. As we only use the most gentle ingredients in our wipes which are Allergy UK Certified and EWG Verified it is extremely rare that we hear this.

When leaks do occur this is usually due to the size not quite being right for your little one, usually when it's time to size up.
Changing size can quickly resolve any issues with leaks as the larger size is able to absorb quite a bit more.

The wipes themselves aren’t the issue
The wipes themselves aren’t the issue. It’s the packaging. They are single handedly the most frustrating wipes I’ve ever used. It’s impossible to pull out just one wipe. The wipes are connected so tightly to the one behind that you end up pulling half of the next wipe out, if not the entire wipe. I have wasted a lot of them because they are a pain to stuff back in when you’re trying to be quiet.

I finally received my flushable baby…
I finally received my flushable baby wipes and omg am I one disappointed mumma!! They are absolutely rubbish and I promise you this there is much better brands of wipes that actually clean your babies for cheaper (water wipes, kit and kin even asdas little one wipes but unfortunately my LB can't use them) I just opened my first pack and well I've nearly finished them because they either come out as 1 and breaks when you pull them out or they come out in a massive clump so you'll waste more then you'll use if it's just for a pee, I've found they rubbish at cleaning bean sauce of faces I just gave up in the end, there no were near wet enough to clean the number 2s. Not worth the money should have listened to my sister but no I thought I'll give my opinion. Now I'm stuck with 1080 if the things and down nearly £40 for crap wipes.
