Very poor product and customer service

For anyone using Myprotein just be careful if you have a faulty product as it cannot possibly be their fault!

This response is such poor customer service ( they have made no attempt to test my product or resolve my issue in any shape ) and very arrogant trying intimidation with fancy processes assuming I know nothing of food manufacturing. Where is the GMP, where is the ISO standards.
It was not even a personal response-just a standard "we are perfect" message. No response email address, no phone number to reply- pathetic.

Safely say I will be looking elsewhere now, but you can decide yourself.

Order dispatched but problem with payment

Made an order, no indication the payment didnt go through. Logged into my account, order says dispatched. It's been that way for over a week now. I contacted them only to be told to follow prompts for repayment as it didn't go through. Okay, but when I go to my order it says dispatched and there's no 'prompts' to make a payment. Even when you go to manage order it says dispatched - no prompts to pay. It has my delivery address and card logged as payment. I explained once more using the messaging service and I was again met with follow the prompt. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I would rate lower if possible

I would rate lower if possible. The customer service at MyProtein is worse than bad. Absolutely horrible, they genuinely don't care about the customer at all. I had my product get delivered to the wrong address and what did they say, "sorry, go get it from the other address" yeah because that's possible. USELESS would be the word to describe that entire team of mouth breathers.

Terrible customer service processes

Terrible customer service processes, as a customer the most frustrating company to deal with! I ordered wrong product and within 30 minutes I contacted them to change it, they couldn't or wouldn't? So had to accept the delivery and return at a cost to me after the order was also delayed by two days so they could have changed it. Contacted them by online message, nothing they could not help me & and no number or even email to contact them. Super frustrating experience

Been ordering for over a year

Been ordering for over a year, I gained a free 3 month delivery, I went to order no free delivery I emailed asking why, said they will update me , that was 5 weeks ago I have emailed on numerous occasions still keep getting same answer someone looking in to it, why should I have to pay the delivery when I had free one , it is the worst customer care I have ever experienced I am still without , I will order else where

fraudulent charges

cancelled subscription three months ago and today i got a charge, for nothing, no order placed. raised the issue with customer services who after my dispute was raised infromed me there was no ticket or rieference number that could be provided to reference the complaint i had raised (in order to chase my stolen money), I was repeatedly told that tickets take time to raise, despite being computer generated and instant. dont waste your time chasing them for your money, just report to your bank or better yet use another company

I passed my order thats cost 154…

I passed my order thats cost 154 pound(200 euros) than i cancelled bcz of a payment problem knowing that i’ve payed for it and ive seen some reviews that got the same problem as me .it’s been 2 months and still waiting for my refund but no progress if anyone knows how to deal with this shiit dm in IG named_04. This is not acceptable.

Appalling service

Appalling service.
Paid for express delivery. After 4 days and my order still showing as not even dispatched, I messaged them. They told me to wait 72 hours. I did. I chased them again and was told to wait another 24 hours, they were pushing the order through.
It is now 13 days later, I have been told to wait another 72 hours, they are “handling this as a matter of urgency” !!!
I have messaged repeatedly, to be told the same thing over and over, but nothing changes. My order is still showing as not dispatched, 2 weeks after ordering with next day delivery! A complete and utter joke. So disappointed

I should have listened to the reviews

I should have listened to the reviews. I ordered some Black Friday clear protein. I tried to cancel it when I saw a better deal. But I was told that I could not cancel and to return when I got my items. Now I'm trying to return my items and it looks like I have to pay out of pocket for that. It's going to cost me almost as much as it cost me for my purchase to make a return

Wasted money

The products are disappointing. Supposed to be offered for gym but sweat is erased on the leggings. Their quality in no way matches the price. I bought 3 men’s size medium shorts following the company’s size guide and there was a huge difference between them. Also, one women’s leggings was defective , another one was of unacceptable quality and 2 had sweat showing. Their communication with the company is also unacceptable. They respond with a delay only on the theme that is in their interest, they don’t find solution and ask to return from Greece to Poland and pay shipping costs for the return their own defective and unacceptable products. I regret the order. Wasted money.

The order was never delivered

The order was never delivered. Customer service is not great. They require you to complete a PDF form to request help with an order. It's unnecessary friction. The order is over 3 weeks old, and they should take responsibility.

Otherwise, I love the products. It's a shame they're working with this no-named carrier called Pandion

I ordered a product that got lost in…

I ordered a product that got lost in the post, apparently. Replacement arrived with one incorrect item. I was advised to return it for a replacement, I was sent a returns label however I was not told that this would be at my cost which was a significant cost as it was as the package was over 2.5 kg having returned it I have not received a replacement or a refund for the product.

I am now out of pocket significantly due to my protein. And their customer services are absolutely useless. They can't provide a solution, and they can't the issue; therefore, I am left out of pocket and very angry. For anyone else looking at the reviews, please use this as a tale of caution before considering a purchase. I would imagine it's okay if everything goes smoothly, however, if you have an issue, do not expect the services to help you out or remedy the issue. It seems that this company also changed its website from my protein.co.uk to my protein.com. If you have a look at the trustpilot ratings for the former you will see that they reflect how bad this company is clearly why they change the name of the website.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company, a once reputable online retailer no more! putting aside the fact their products are not what they once were, they have passed my bank card details to a company called completesavings.co.uk/ and I am now out of pocket for £90 plus having to contact my bank's fraud department and cancel the card.

3 weeks, still not dispatched

Ordered a bundle 3 weeks ago and it's still out of stock. No alternative offered just a refund to buy the individual items back at a higher price. It's my first time ordering and so far it's not good.
