Avoid this company, AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Pathetic customer service, they don’t care!
My order (663112114) is the most disgusting and off putting taste product i have ever bought.
Been myself really into fitness and having been consuming creatine and protein for past 14 years i have never came across a more disgusting and and off putting taste ever!!!
Reported the issue to their customer service - via webchat as you cant speak with them - and i was told that since I opened the products i couldn't return it!!! What a scam, how can you report an issue if you dont open and try it.....what a perfect conning system they have "let us know if you like it, if NOT ...well you have opened it you cant return it now"!!!
The creatine was just powder with no creatine contents at all, was so badly treated it that wont even melt in the blender i always use for my shakes and mixing the protein chocolate powder was so sweet and bitter at the same time that clearly was stored for years and year and went off tasting nearly metallic flavour......most disgusting products ever tasted it, stay away people.
When reported to the highly qualified advisor he told me that he couldn't do nothing as i opened the package, how the hell you meant to try quality if you don't open it....but then again they knew the product was faulty as probably been produced in 2001 with good knows what ingredients.
Off putting, sour and metal tasting flavour protein powder (as they claim to be) and fake dust sold for creatine with a creatine contents of 0%!!!!
Stay away people, they clearly stealing as much money from whomever they can before retiring on holiday for life with UR money.
Look at their reviews, 3 stars.....JUST!!!!

Avoid this company, they don’t care! My order was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service were most unhelpful, just fobbed me off telling me to go look at the address delivered over three hours away. I purchased using Apple Pay so didn’t need to manually input my address. My billing details and delivery address are the same and have always purchased using Apple Pay smoothly.

Having been with this company for around 10 years, I had to contact ‘customer service’ for the first time as my order of a 2.5kg bag of Whey protein and their free sample pack had both split.

I sent photos immediately to them and this is the response from them below:

‘We have reviewed the images you have provided, and unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement at this time.

We have now closed your account and we will not be accepting any further orders from you.

Being a loyal customer all these years obviously counts for nothing. This is the only time I’ve ever had an issue and this is how they respond. Unbelievably bad service. Do not use this company

Impact whey isolate protein, it works well for my blood pressure and give me more energy before Gyms 25g🏋️‍♂️.

Absolutely disgraceful service from MyProtein. I placed an order with next-day delivery, only to find myself stuck in a two-day ordeal with their completely incompetent customer service team. They have zero training, respond only with copy-paste template messages, and offer no real assistance whatsoever.

Then, out of nowhere, I received an email stating that my order would not be delivered and was being sent back to them—without any explanation! No refund, no products, nothing. This is beyond unacceptable.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with MyProtein, but it will certainly be the last. Their handling of orders is completely unreliable, and their customer service is a joke. Avoid at all costs—it’s nothing short of a scam.

Good product but awful customer service. On the second month of my subscription they sent me a cheaper and smaller pack of protein, when I flagged this, the customer service in India just didn’t know how to handle it. Instead of shipping me the correct product and advising on how to return the wrong one there was just endless back and forth, asking if I want to keep the inferior product. They just had no clue how to handle the situation. Worst service ever. Will be cancelling my subscription and advise against using.

I was sent Impact Protein instead of Origin. I now have to waste more of my time going to the post office to rectify your mistake!

Great service. Next day delivery.

Only issue i have is how strong the whey taste is with some of the different protein powders can barely taste the underlying flavours with the salted caramel impact whey or the vanilla impact whey

I would rate all of these products very highly
Strong and flavoursome Flavdrops especially toffee
Great nutritional profiles, taste and texture on Protein isolate and Diet protein
Very competitive prices on all products
Recently purchased Cookies and Cream Diet Protein and was greatly impressed at how good a nutritional low carb product can taste even mixed with water-I added 60ml of water to 30g of Diet product froze it til ice cream texture.then had a great tasting desert
Customer service also very efficient --Aislinn dealt with my order amendment query very promptly and in a very kind,helpful manner today

One star for the gainer.
Rest of the item was good.

My delivery disappeared and I've been waiting almost a week now to get a replacement. Customer services keep telling me lies, I cant seem to get this sorted. I will be avoiding at all cost from now on

Stay away, just no, if you receive your order, you were lucky, if you didnt just forget it, and buy from somewhere else, you will be going back and fourth for weeks or even months to try and sort out any type of problem like a refund or replacement product, there are so many other great companies out there selling similar products, but of coarse check reviews first, i wish i had checked reviews before ordering from this company, never again.

Total Frustration!!!
I paid £8.99 for the 12 months unlimited postage option.
I then placed an order a few weeks later, only for me to be told I had to pay another £4.49 for postage!
I didn’t carry through with the order as I refuse to pay more postage costs when I already subscribed to the 12 month offer.
I can’t call them as their listed phone number is constantly “not in use” so I’ve had to message them through the app chat with no success!
Everytime I message, I get a response from someone different which, half the time doesn’t even read the previous messages to know what’s going on.
After 2 days of trying to resolve this with endless messages, I’ve now been told it’s got to be investigated and they’ll contact me accordingly.
In the mean time I’ve been told to go ahead with my order and pay the postage again and they’ll refund me it back after.
There’s absolutely no chance I’m paying more money for postage to only have to fight to get that money back aswell.
So now it looks like I can’t order from My Protein anymore, and with the poorest customer service I know, I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone again.
Which is a shame as I already told so many people about this site.
I’ll be retracting those recommendations asap !!

UPDATE…

My last order number : 650660242
This is the order which I paid the £8.99 for 12 months unlimited postage but it was never put on my account so now I’m being told to pay for postage again!

ANOTHER UPDATE… I was told 10 days ago I would get a £5 credit put onto my account within 24-48 hours whilst they STILL investigate my ongoing matter.
Although this doesn’t cover the £8.99 I paid, I thought it would at least be a start to getting some of my money back, but surprise surprise I haven’t received any credits!

This company really is the most unreliable and unprofessional I’ve EVER come across.

Please DO NOT use them.
Nearly half of their reviews now are bad ones.
That speaks volumes in itself

There is no doubt about the quality of the products and the fast delivery of the goods.
