I would like to thank the Myprotein Quality Team for looking into the quality issue of the delivered Myprotein product seriously.
I have received some vitamins with the "Best Before End" dates printed on the bottles that are too soon for me to have consumed the entire bottle.
The Myprotein quality team (staff - Jack who made the reply) then helped me to make a refund of these items and ensure that there is plenty of time for customers to consume their products between receiving the goods and their BBE dates.

I had a delivery mysteriously disappear, i.e. not delivered, after over a month. Customer service took over a week after my message to take action, and said they would send a new shipment. That took another week and when it finally arrived, it only contained 2 boxes instead of the 24 that I ordered. When I informed them of this, they said they would send the rest. However, they didn't send anything and a week later I chased again. They then changed their tune and asked for a whole lot of irrelevant questions and made me fill up a form saying I didn't receive the shipment. Firstly, this should've been done when I informed them of the issue, rather than after they told me they would ship the balance and didn't. Secondly, this isn't a delivery issue anymore but an issue with them not packing the right number of items. The form itself said I didn't receive the shipment, which is untrue and the courier company would've simply said I signed for the package, which I did. They also kept asking for information like my address and details of the incident which I had already sent and they have, but clearly they are too lazy to check this.

Terrible customer service
1. I have an issue with my parcel which held by custom
2. The vitamins are not allowed to be deliver to Macau without approval as confirmed by the official
3. Customer service keep reply me with the same response and ask me to go to custom again to pay duty fee which is not the case
4. Agent Sinenhlanhla came out of no where before my problem is solve and asked me to make review. I think the customer service never think from the guest point of view.
5. No teleservice agent which is very unhelpful.
6. I love your product and have purchase many times, totally disappoint with the customer service. It took more than 3 weeks but no outcome.

Placed an order worth $2400 on July 27 to be delivered to Hong Kong.
Delivery estimate was July 31 - August 2.
Today is August 6 and I do not yet have my order yet.
Got in touch with customer care and they are the most horrible agents I have dealt with. Agent claims the order is lost in transit. And ask me to wait for 30 freaking days.
No refund . No replacement. Order #594569156.

Placed an order online, forgot to input my unit number, contacted customer service Hong Kong , been told unable to add unit number on system, asked to call courier company once been dispatched which is very disappointing! What is the purpose of having customer service team if being unhelpful? Since items have not been dispatched, shouldn’t t be an issue by adding unit number!

Is it possible to give no stars at all to this company's website, esp. with the checkout process in particular the free gift offer? The fact is that the site offers a free gift for orders of over $900. After a tedious time, I have gathered a basket of over $900 then selected the free gift, but somehow I did not receive my free gift with my order. Customer service has been dodging the issue with robotic replies shifting the blame back onto me. To be honest, I think the customer service team wouldn't have to work so much if the site actually works as stated.

The most unhelpful customer service. How can a company be allowed to function as a business with the automated messages. No phone number, email or whatsapp available.. I provided my phone number for them to call me but the only response they can provide is 'It has been sent to customer service and if there is anything else they can do to help, please ask.' - I have asked, 18 times and don't get any answers!!

They have the worst customer service ever. All the responses are auto-generated and the customer representatives are rude and not helpful at all. I’ve ordered on 31/10, which says 1/11 would be dispatched. After multiple emails / online conversations , no one seem to solve the issue. They like to use the word “ investigating” . I used to like my protein products but now, I will re consider.
I hope there’s someone can handle my order professionally. They used to send their products out within 1 week , and now …. I don’t even know if I will get my order.
