Very disappointing experience with MyProtein.
I tried to cancel my order before it had actually been dispatched, but customer support sent me a standard response saying it was already “too late” to cancel. However, the courier later confirmed that the parcel was still with the sender at that time, which means the order had not actually been handed over for delivery yet.
Because of MyProtein’s inaccurate and unhelpful responses, I had to deal with the courier myself and refuse the parcel so it could be returned. Even after the parcel was returned, my refund still has not been processed.
Customer support seems to rely heavily on robotic, copy-paste responses that do not reflect the real situation. The communication is poor, the replies are misleading, and the whole process has been unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming.
For such a large company, the level of customer service is unacceptable.

The worst e-shop. Bought on a sale “buy 1, get another for free” and received only one item each. Liars! Then I reached out to them and they said that they couldn’t do anything. So I asked them if I can send them some items as the size is also not accurate and price for one piece is not worth, I had to pay for it! I asked if it’s possible for them to pay for shipping as it’s not my fault that sale was a LIE, they couldn’t agree . So guess what. Paid 11€ for returning items! Also creating a shipping label is so complicated.. Horrible service!

The worst e-store I ever used in my life. You need to pay to return items that are wrong size. Also there are any info of address or something, just avoid ordering from there.

I was shocked at how complicated and inconvenient the return process is. Slow response times, and to top it off — you have to pay for the return yourself. In 2025, that’s just unacceptable. Definitely makes me think twice before ordering again.

Goods return process is awful. They do everything possible to prevent you from returning the items, even such sketchy stuff as not disclosing their email / phone, so you cannot order return tracking, etc. Such a shady business and never ordering from them again.

Worse than a tragedy when it comes to returns and communication with their extremely poor customer support. Have returned my parcel 2 months ago and still in bargaining process to get my money back. I even provided the international document from the post with the name of their specific representative who have accepted the parcel and signed it off and they still do not process the refund

After a week of replying to stupid robot questions nothing happened yet. I guess they are waiting until 2 weeks to return the item are over. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, MIGHT LOSE TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!

I have recently ordered for 144€. Two trousers were way too big (sizes were s and m), other clothes were ok. I wanted to return 2 items and realised they don’t cover the return delivery fee. It would be ok, but they have shiped the package from factory in poland and to return it from my home in lithuania I have to pay ~29€ (for the L size box). I feel cheated and If I knew I have to ship package back to another country at my own cost I would not have baught it in the first place. Also support was a terrible experience, because each time I wanted to do a follow-up to initial query, I had to create a new ticket on theirs website. No track history, so had to explain issue all over again a few times. Very disappointed, after this experience I don’t recommend bying and will never by from MP myself again.

Ordered leggings and a sports bra by the size guide, but they arrived and were way to small. Returns are extremely complicated and very expensive (10€). Do not recommend.

Really hard and expensive goods returning. 10 eur worth good returning also cost 10 eur. I bought it in the Lithuanian website but returning it is on Poland. On the website there is no information about the returning cost. Also, returning is not just expensive but really complikated. I bought for a first time and probably for a last, really disapointed.

Returns are practically not possible. Customer is responsible to pay return costs, which are 10 EUR compared to 30 EUR worth of good. In addition this is not explained at the moment of purchase, no indicative return shipment costs are disclosed on the website. You order via Lithuanian website, but have to ship back to Poland and bear international DHL costs.. Be very careful, as return is not possible.

Their Lithuanian website is not working properly for like two days. There is no way to do check-out and to process and order. I have contacted their customer support chat and the agent didn't provide me any solution and just told me they will contact me back in around 48 hours. I have requested them to process my order manually and they refused. So, I would not recommend a platform with such bugs and with such a bad customer service.

Poor quality of product, also you have to pay for delivery and even if the order was damaged i need to pay for a return too. Customer service also poor, because to return one order is taking now 4 days and its not the end. every single time you need to go and write a new letter. horrible place and quality! will never ever buy from here again and will share my experience with everyone :)

I didnt see so diffucult refund. Then i bought first time it was the same, you cant find where you should send your refund, customer service couldnt answer to your quastions clear language. I thought that it was just a first time before 3 years, and now evetything is gonna be like in other e shops, very simple. BUT NO! Dont reccomend! When you buy anything ask yourself, do i need a lot problems with difficult refund system? And choose another e shop!
