Good cheap product but a little slow in delivery

Dropshipping scam, will claim shipment delays due to war in middle east. Yes same excuse everytime. Ordered 3 items from them, after repeated emails to their customer satisfaction department (which I came to know is AI operated, richpanel) I was given the option to replace the "hard to source" item. This choice was awarded a month and a half of daily emails to get a refund. After the replacement was promised "freebies" for my troubles but I reckon they were blown to bits in the middle eastern war. My order arrived nearly 2 months of placing it. Mind you I would have not ordered from the store had I known about the wait times or "pre-order" crap they peddle after you've placed the order which states a delivery time of 2-3 weeks after placing the order.

Great way to shop for authentic fragrances. I have found their products to be genuine and delivered on time. I have enjoyed shopping with them and will continue purchasing more.

Never buy anything from them. They don't have any item in stock and when you send an e-mail they always says they have an issue from middle East parcels and they say to every customer just google it and you will see it. When you ask for refund they just ignore and don't answer any email.

My Perfume Shop Australia is selling all perfumes at a reasonable price. This time I bought Verbena from Monotheme. This perfume is just right for daytime, crisp and fresh. I will buy it again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, immediately contacted via WhatsApp to cancel and reorder what I needed, got a reply asking for the details of the order and once I sent a reply, ignored.
Sent through a cancellation request, declined. All immediately after purchasing, which to any normal company shouldn’t be an issue. A money hungry business is never going to be profitable.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order on the 9th of June and after two weeks with no updates, I contacted the company myself. I was then told my items were “pre-order” — despite this not being stated when I purchased — and the website description appeared to be changed afterwards.

The order missed the estimated delivery timeframe, and after multiple emails I was repeatedly told it would be shipped soon while they were waiting on stock from the Middle East. I only received a response after lodging a dispute through Zip Pay, who contacted the company on my behalf.

Even then, only 1 of the 3 products I paid for was sent, and my follow-up emails regarding the missing items have now been ignored. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Absolutely love this perfume shop! The prices are amazing—far better than many other places—and the range of fragrances is incredible. We were so impressed with the selection and had no trouble finding exactly what we were looking for. The perfumes are authentic, beautifully presented, and there are options for every taste and budget. This has definitely become our go-to place for perfumes. I’m really happy with the perfume and the recommendation I got from the site by Google search. I wanted that item with heavily discounted prices. The product description and customer reviews gave me enough confidence to order without needing to ask anything.

I was cautious at first but once I placed my order the communication was great. Discount was a bonus huge range and delivered in a timely manner with comms. Will use again

I recently purchased Davidoff Adventure EDT for Men (100ml) from My Perfume Shop and couldn't be happier.

This fragrance is surprisingly hard to find these days. It had honestly been around 20 years since I last owned a bottle, so wearing it again brings back a lot of great memories from the early-to-mid 2000s. Even better, it still smells just as good as I remembered.

I placed my order on 29 June and it arrived on 6 July, which I thought was reasonably quick. The price was also reasonable ($35 plus shipping), and it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Overall, it was a smooth experience from start to finish. I'm very happy to leave a 5-star review and would happily shop with My Perfume Shop again.

Second order in a short period and after discovering the in stock availability filter got some great new scents at a great price within a week as all products ordered were in stock. Quick dispatch and processing.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I’ve had.

I purchased a fragrance that was advertised as being in stock in Sydney. Only after placing my order did I discover it was actually a pre-order item, meaning there was no stock available as advertised.

I contacted the company several times via both email and WhatsApp to cancel my order, but they either ignored my requests or refused to provide a proper solution. Instead, they insisted it was clearly disclosed on their website that some products are pre-order items. I thoroughly checked the product page before purchasing and could not find any indication whatsoever that this item was a pre-order.

Advertising a product as being in stock when it isn’t, then making it difficult for customers to cancel their order, is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from this store.

Exactly what I wanted but haven’t been able to get a couple

Communication is really lacking and not clear when good will be received. I contacted them multiple times before receiving a reply which was received days later. If you cancel your order, you lose what you have paid in postage even though the product hasn't even been received at there warehouse to dispatch to the customer.

The products are great and would buy again just not in a situation that I needed within a timeframe.
