Of all the perfumes I have ever worn and ordered from My Perfume Shop Australia (MPSA), Chanel No. 5 is the only one with the ability to take me back in time more than 5 decades. Seriously! Just after I was first married (December 1974) and moved to Sydney with my husband, I met his boss who worked for a cosmetic company. Her favourite and only perfume was Chanel No. 5. I fell in love with it from our first meeting. Its feminine, soft and lingering perfume is unforgettable. Recently I purchased a small bottle from MPSA and discovered it acts on my memory like lightning. Suddenly I was transported back to the time when I was 22 and ready to take on the world.

I've ordered three cologne so far from this website, package will its real not fake came on time with real time tracking it's actually very handy. And I mentioned that the online prices are very very compatible with other retails even cheaper.

Total incompetence from this seller. Posted a large box for a 2 ml sample.
Not to mention their total dishonesty as they are a drop shipper and do not carry much stock themselves.

The perfume arrived securely packed, and the bottle looked exactly like the product images shown during my online search.

Company refused to send out the half of the order that was in stock (the item needed) when I contacted the store I was ignored on WhatsApp and email multiple times before they finally agreed to send the items separately so the present arrived on time… 2 weeks later and still no item and no shipping information and radio silence again… I love giving $150 for nothing and not having a present to give my partner on his birthday… it was ordered a month in advance…

Fantastic prices, genuine products. Took a little longer than expected but worth the wait.

This company is a scam. They were not transparent that the order was a "preorder" when I purchased it. It took two months to get sent my perfume. I asked 7 times to cancel the order when it was significantly delayed, and only got the same AI response over and over again. Then when I received it I have asked multiple times for a refund, and again, the same AI response over and over again. They advertise a "no fuss returns policy" which is clearly false, and they also advertise that you can cancel an order for a refund it if is more than 14 days delayed and hasn't been shipped, which is also false. Save yourself the hassle, don't support this dodgy company.

Oh my word…..don’t order from this company if you want your perfume soon. They take forever to deliver and sometimes don’t even have the perfume in stock but have to order it from their supplier overseas. I ordered a perfume on the 17/6 to take with me to South Africa for my niece and the invoice said delivery between 25-30 June. I leave on the 14/07 and it will still not be here for me to take with. I will never order from them again.

My order was few days late but arrived well packaged and as pictured. Very happy with my perfumes.

Ordered perfume got an email saying delivery may be delayed. Nothing for a month. Every email I send I get back the same generated response. I’ll never order from them again. Contacting my bank to cancel the transaction.

'Easy to shop' experience! I found the perfume I wanted and more importantly, at the price I wanted!

Being a first time buyer was a little hesitant, but so far so good the biggest plus has been communication it has been great and very responsive for any concerns or issues in end 5 stars will use again. Prices have been good also.
