Order not received

My order was placed on Pre-order and was supposed to arrive two weeks from the order placement. While following up with them they said the order will ship later in the following week.To this day my item hasn’t shipped. And they have been ignoring my mails for update and refund. Please do not shop from them.

Update: The team had responded stating that a refund is not possible and the order will be shipped in a few days. Neither the shipment nor the refund has been processed. A highly unprofessional team.

The worst customer care!

The worst customer care!!
At first my order was more 2 weeks late, no updates, no apologies. I bought a refill bottle as a gift for friend, but since the shipment was late I had to purchase another gift.
I contacted the customer service to check how to return the product or at least get some compensation to buy a bottle sprayer so that I can keep the refill for myself. here is their reply:

"I have already responded to you.
You specifically ordered the 200ml Refill, not the retail 100ml spray bottle, which means you’ll need a compatible bottle to use it. You can view this in your Order Confirmation email
There is no fault on our behalf. You will not be receiving a discount, and the item cannot be returned. Feel free to leave your feedback where you wish. We will respond publicly with the facts of the case, which is that you received exactly what you ordered."

Note that on the website they don't mention that returns aren't accepted!!
Anyway still not even an apology for the 2 weeks delay, now you can judge by yourself.

A bit good, a bigger bit bad

Firstly, the niche perfume I bought was original and very nicely priced. I am unhappy about delivery because it took in excess of 3 weeks to deliver it. The worst thing is that no matter how much I tried to follow up by email or What's App, I only got bots that kept telling me someone will get in touch but no one ever bothered?

It should be 0 stars and never order from them

It should be 0 stars i placed an order and i received ot almost 3 months later, and i tried contacting them dozens of times and they only respond like once a month telling me to wait. Finally after receiving my order, some of the samples i ordered is missing and the perfume bottle is questionable because it dosent last long and smells little difference from the perfume I smelt on the mall.
