Fraud online shop
More than 3 weeks and nothing arrives. Email reply with a name Aubrey Customer Happiness Officer never commits a date of delivery. I believe they are nothing but frauds. The .ae domain they use only to misguide customers.
Avoid this shop! it’s a total scam
I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. They failed to deliver the items I ordered, communication was extremely poor, and I repeatedly received false assurances that my order was on the way. When I requested a refund, they claimed it would be processed, but it was not. I wonder how they haven’t closed it down yet

If I could I would give 0 stars. Customer service is absolutely horrible and unresponsive. I received my order 3 weeks later than the promised date. No reply over emails and no tracking number was shared. I was about to complain to DED for fraud but received my product on one random day without any information. Please refrain from purchasing from them unless they improve their service. Horrible experience overall.

I spent over 800 AED on a perfume from this shop and it turned into one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The product NEVER arrived. When I emailed them, all I got was a useless “wait” with zero explanation, zero tracking, and zero accountability.
They took my money instantly but couldn’t even provide basic customer service afterward. No update, no proper response, no refund, nothing.
This place is unreliable, unprofessional, and completely careless with customers’ money. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop unless you want to gamble with your cash.

They promised a 2 day delivery… it took over a month, and I still don’t have the perfumes in my hands. I reached out to them over 4 times, and no concrete information was ever given to me. I was never given as exact date as to when the package would arrive, and at no point did they at least have decency to acknowledge their shorthand apologize for it.
Horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed – Order Still Not Received
I placed an order from MyPerfumes almost a month ago, but unfortunately I still haven’t received it. The delivery was sent to the wrong location, and communication became very difficult afterward. At first they replied, then later I was told it was “in customs” and asked not to follow up.
It’s been a long wait with no clear update or refund, which is quite disappointing. I really hope the team improves their customer service and resolves my issue soon.

I would like to sincearly warn everyone on the business practices of the website.
I wanted to purchase a specific product and initially (before I made order) the delivery stated is "shipping in 24h". However after I made an order it became clear that this product is "pre-order" item, and delivery date stated was 10 days post.
So I was like ok ,fine, I will wait.
After my order didn't arrive 4 days post mentioned new delivery date, I tried to get in touch and see what is going on. Only then, I realized that it is impossible to get in touch with them. On WA there is only automated responses, and same for email. I waited 3 more days, and they I decided to cancel my order and get a refund.
However, the automated bot informed me on my request that "cancelations and refunds are not allowed" ??? What kind of business practice that is?
Since I wasn't able to reach anyone to discuss this with, I reported the company to consumer protection agency.

Very bad experience – Fake perfume and terrible customer service
I ordered a perfume from this website (I’m based in the UAE), and unfortunately, what I received was clearly not original. The scent disappears within minutes, the bottle is much lighter than the genuine one, and it's identical to another fake I had received before.
I tried to return it, but the customer support is completely unhelpful:
Every time I reach out, I only get replies from a bot saying "this item is non-returnable".
When I emailed them, they told me to return the product to Alexandria, Egypt — even though I ordered it from the UAE!
It’s clear they are avoiding responsibility and have no proper after-sales support. I strongly advise everyone to be very careful before ordering. Check other reviews and don’t make the same mistake I did.

I placed my pre-order on May 8th
I placed my pre-order on May 8th, with an expected delivery window between May 19th and 26th. However, upon following up, I was informed there would be a delay due to additional time required for customs documentation, as perfumes are classified as dangerous goods.
Frankly, this is not a reasonable excuse. Today is June 3rd, and I still have no clear update on when my order will arrive. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unresponsive and unhelpful.
I strongly advise against shopping from this company. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
Order not received
My order was placed on Pre-order and was supposed to arrive two weeks from the order placement. While following up with them they said the order will ship later in the following week.To this day my item hasn’t shipped. And they have been ignoring my mails for update and refund. Please do not shop from them.
Update: The team had responded stating that a refund is not possible and the order will be shipped in a few days. Neither the shipment nor the refund has been processed. A highly unprofessional team.

At first my order was more 2 weeks late, no updates, no apologies. I bought a refill bottle as a gift for friend, but since the shipment was late I had to purchase another gift.
I contacted the customer service to check how to return the product or at least get some compensation to buy a bottle sprayer so that I can keep the refill for myself. here is their reply:
"I have already responded to you.
You specifically ordered the 200ml Refill, not the retail 100ml spray bottle, which means you’ll need a compatible bottle to use it. You can view this in your Order Confirmation email
There is no fault on our behalf. You will not be receiving a discount, and the item cannot be returned. Feel free to leave your feedback where you wish. We will respond publicly with the facts of the case, which is that you received exactly what you ordered."
Note that on the website they don't mention that returns aren't accepted!!
Anyway still not even an apology for the 2 weeks delay, now you can judge by yourself.
