made my first order from them a week ago. got the perfume i ordered today, the fakhar al oud 100 ml. absolutely beautiful scent and strong and long lasting. package came fast and without issues. but be prepared to use google translate if you are going to write to them at customer service. because they only speak french as they are a french store. but overall happy with the purchase and price and everything. would buy from them again!

Have ordered a number of times without any problems.
However, my last order (Order number 39527) was a disappointment as I only received 5 items out of a total of 8.
I brought this up to the store with no success.
The answer I got was that the delivery from the butken was complete.
And that was my last order from this store.

One of the best shop i dealt with. I made an order of Lattafa parfumes, they shipped the next day. My package arrived in 3 days from France to Italy and 1 product was missing because it was out of stock. I contacted them and literally 2 minutes later i'v received an apology and a refund of the missing product. I wish every company was that professional.You guys are amazing.

Only two of the three items ordered were delivered.
Packet size was only good for two perfumes, not three.
Only found out when asked that it was not in stock. However, when you check the online shop, it is still available.
You get fooled!!! Two items are shipped because one is unavailable. It could be. But why do I, as a customer, have to report that one is missing after receipt? And why do I only get a refund then?
Untrustworthy.

Vous vous trompez !!! Deux articles sont expédiés car l'un n'est pas disponible. Il pourrait être. Mais pourquoi dois-je, en tant que client, signaler qu'il en manque un après réception ? Et pourquoi est-ce que je n'obtiens alors qu'un remboursement ?

The vendor sent it to a wrong direction. I bought from Spain, he sent it to France. I spoke him through WhatsApp to fix it and he didn't even reply. I thought that won't happen to me, but it did. Awful experience buying and not having any aftersale support. Thankfully I paid through PayPal. And I have the money back instantly.
