NEVER again

Terrible. They cancelled my order after I told them I didn't want to wait weeks to receive it, then didn't cancel the payment or respond any more. I had to open a claim with klarna and I still haven't been refunded.
When they eventually responded, they told me different things every time, send me a shopify refund reference (I didn't use shopify) and included a different customer's personal details in the email they send me, before eventually telling me it wasn't their responsibility to refund me.
The most abysmal customer service I've dealt with in a long time.
NEVER again.

I was charged and never received my order!

I placed and order on 7/28/25 for enchanted rouge laundry detergent. I was charged 24.99 . I have not received my order and it is 9/9/25. I have emailed this company 5 times with no reply. Terrible company !!

Updated: My order 15451 was absolutely NOT placed in May as stated in the sellers response to this review. As originally stated, I placed my order on 7/28/25 and have never received a product or a response to the five emails requesting order status . Jean Claude needs to get accurate Information before replying to customer complaints. Even better customer service should reply to emails especially after taking payment for products they haven’t provided to consumers.

Your products were delivered to a parcel pickup point as requested. They were marked as collected on May 28 at 3:36 p.m.

STILL WAITING FOR PRODUCTS.

I was eagerly anticipating the delivery of my products. On June 14th, I placed an order, but on August 22nd, I received a notification indicating that the shipment had been delivered to an incorrect address. This situation caused significant inconvenience, as the delivery took an excessive two months. Furthermore, I received a subsequent notification requesting delivery to the incorrect address. I promptly sent an email to the relevant party, providing visual evidence and proof of the incorrect delivery. Despite my efforts, I have yet to receive a response. Consequently, I am seeking a refund for the products I have not received. I’m truly not happy.

Be aware of US Customs BEFORE ordering

Product was not delivered to my address due to US customs regulations. Unfortunately, I only received a partial refund (one item, when three were ordered).
It would have been helpful if the company had known about the US Customs regulations, prohibiting the distribution of this product in the United States, and stopping the order before payment was made. Additionally, a FULL REFUND should have been issued, not just the price of ONE of the items (there were three of the same product ordered).

We want to clarify that your package was initially shipped via Colissimo, our usual partner. However, for reasons that remain unknown to us, the package was returned. This unforeseen issue has prompted us to seek new shipping solutions for the USA, and we're excited to announce that UPS will be available starting next week to ensure more reliable deliveries to the United States.

We are actively reviewing why you only received a partial refund for your order of three items. This is not our standard procedure, and we want to assure you that a full refund for all items ordered should have been processed. We are investigating this immediately.

My new single stop shop for fragrances

My first order was a great success and I have reviewed it previously. However my second and third order had some issues. Despite these issues, I was refunded immediately and was generously given a discount on my fourth order as compensation which was only fair.

My fourth and latest order arrived quickly and without any problems.

Usually fragrances encounter shipping problems or customs issues as they are not shipped properly. From Maison Des Fragrances this is not a worry, as the parcels are shipped as they are supposed to.

I also would like to praise Chloe for her great customer service. She replied to my emails promptly and efficiently.

This is now my go to website for purchasing fragrances.

Disclaimer: Shipping times are slow when purchasing fragrances which are not at the French warehouse as they have to be ordered. So if you are impatient, this store is not for you.

I have yet received my order

I have yet received my order, Ordered on Feb 11th and it is now March 19th, I haven't recieved no emails regarding this and i even checked my spam.

It was too long and I hate waiting all…

perfect communication, delivery and product

The order was shipped and delivered very fast, the product (a perfume that I could not find on any of the major retailers) was in pristine condition. Granted, I did not actually open the perfume (it is for a Christmas gift), but there were no red flags along the process, I have no reason to doubt it's genuine. The communication from the company side was perfect. I will try to use this site if I need to purchase perfumes online in the future, the experience is a lot more personal than the standard main online beauty stores.
