This company loves to cut corners and leave residents at risks for injuries in their rental homes. The flooring is completely coming up in my rental home in every single room and it has been a fall hazard. They sent 2 different companies to do an estimate for repairs and both companies reported the entire flooring needed to be replaced in the whole home. In SLUM LORD fashion, MYND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT found a company that agreed to just come glue the flooring down. This is the SOLE REASON I will not renew my lease and will never rent from this company ever again and don't let me get started on their shady billing practices. They charge you every month for pest control, but when you call to get services, the particular pest you have an issue with, is NEVER a covered pest. I thankfully don't have roaches and it seems like that is the only covered pest.

Update: no one from senior maintenance management has ever called me or worked on my issue. The problem is still the same and it’s now 2/10/2026.

Update 3/6/2026 The flooring is still not fixed. Now I have received a notice of non renewal of my lease and I have to come up with money to move after I have been living in unsafe conditions for months so the below response from this company is not factual at all. They collected rent from me for months while leading me to believe the flooring would be repaired this entire time.

Jazz was very professional. Pointed out all the important areas and followed through with needed repairs.

He been a great helping with all the technical issues. Great at communicating and above and beyond. Personally should get a raise.

The technician Ahmed Mohamed sent out for our electrical issue was great! He was very through, explained the issue so we could understand it, and fixed tje problem. He is very skilled and had great customer service.

The tech was very polite and respectful he offered a quick and sturdy fix to our loose/broken closet rod and also fixed a door that was off center and dragging on the frame.

He did a great job. He was kind and professional.

John was amazing, very friendly and helpful. This wasn’t the first occasion he’s helped us on, and every time he comes he’s very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely an employee that goes above and beyond. Thank you, John!

Jason was amazing tech, Was in and out super fast. Got the job done in one visit. Was super sweet and friendly when explaining his overview. Great Job.

AI feature took some time to open the ticket. But the team skipped troubleshooting the issue and immediately got a maintenance crew scheduled to get the issue fixed.

Jonathan is an excellent technician. He has a wonderful disposition and a keen eye for details. He solved our issue quickly and skillfully. The weather stripping on our front door and garage door was lackluster and let in a lot of outside air/chill/heat. He expertly spoke about the door issues and advised future steps to take as well.

Eric was good fixing the garage door and the remote. He is so friendly. Like the way he does his job and explains once it’s done.
