Living in the EU we are subject to taxes on this product. That might have been acceptable if the item in question had been as good as it claimed. Sadly it was disappointing

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a SD card at the beginning of the month, still have not received it after 3 weeks.

I sent two emails to them requesting an update on why I hadn't receved the item I ordered, but got no reply to either of my emails.

Do not order anything from this company, you'd just be throwing you money away!

Says delivery dates to Ireland of 10…

Says delivery dates to Ireland of 10 working days. Waiting 15 days and no sign of delivery. No tracking info. They said "nothing we can do until 28 days and no delivery". Eventually got a refund after asking several times. An absolute joke website. Avoid.

Stay well clear

Site states delivery dates to Ireland of 10 working days. Waiting over a month now and no delivery. They said "nothing we can do until 28 days and no delivery". Just use trusted local vendor or amazon. Stay clear of these guys.

How could be pay twice a VAT…

Before Brexit you shipped from the Netherlands and now after the Brexit there wasn't noted at the checkout that the receiver have to calculate other costs as for example customs and VAT because will be shipped directly feom the UK. Additionally in this case -according to the existing financial rules- I would have to buy without VAT from GB and pay the VAT only in the receiver Country. I payed a double VAT thanks to you. Summerize it seems to me that you aren't a fair player.

Booo hooo!

Shortly after i placed my order, I saw that you had returned my money. Then I saw an e-mail that you were unable to ship to Norway. I never got any goods, but at least my money were returned and I got a very prompt answer.

Be aware this is not an Irish company

Be aware this is not an Irish company, VAT and fees will be due to be paid before delivery as items are sent from a company in Bolton, UK. Website very misleading.

Following up on my initial 1 star review mymemory.ie I contacted memory.ie with regard to the import duties I paid. They were very helpful and refunded the import fees paid so I have increased my rating of the company to 4 stars.

AVOID unless you want to pay customs charges

Despite having a .ie domain name and offering free postage for Ireland, this is a UK company that ships from the UK. So, you will be caught for VAT@21% and an An Post fee of €3.50. On low value items, i.e. SD Cards, these extra charges are represent a significant increase in the overall cost.

Don't order from Ireland

This company offers "free delivery" to Ireland. What they don't tell you is that they ship from the UK so you have to pay VAT and a "handling charge" to An Post. This came to 50% of the original cost in my case.

Didn't receive a reply until August 16th when I was told "we have had confirmation that these orders are now arriving without any duty costs being paid". As of today nothing has been received.

Go elsewhere.

Great experience and incredibly good support service

I had an incredibly good experience with Mymemory.ie Yes, I had a problem in connection with my delivery. Sellers do not operate the postal service, should they mess up. I judge online sellers on how they respond to problems. From my first contact with Mymemory help service, the response was fast (usually within a few hours) they did not go on the offensive, and the replies (from Helen) were not of the "Cut and Paste" style. I felt that I was dealing with a caring human being. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
I have purchased from Mymemory in the past as was always happy with the service.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They ensure no further charges but I got hit with extra import duty. Contacted them over a week ago about a refund contacted again 3 days ago and they never answered back. Spend your money elsewhere.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

On 10th October 2020 I ordered a Franklin Collins English Dictionary from this company. The Item cost £26-99. It was a to be a Christmas gift for me.
From Christmas Day 2020 until August 2021 it functioned perfectly. Unfortunately, on 2nd August it would not activate.
I complained and was issued with a credit note for £26-99. After spending countless hours the credit note number was steadfastly refused by mymemory and proved to be quite worthless.
Don not buy anything!
