The service from the pharmacy was…
The service from the pharmacy was excellent & the prices were reasonable. The only problem I experienced was not with the pharmacy but it was with the Royal Mail delivery service. They delivered my medication to the wrong address completely. The Royal Mail delivered to an address in a completely different address & post code & to a totally different postcode & people of a different surname. This caused a delay to my treatment because the people were on holiday. It is only because the mistake had happened before that I was able to obtain the package. I would like to recommend that the pharmacy switch to a more reliable carrier.

I went online to see if we could get her usual medication & found MyLondonPharmacy.

Quickly reviewed and the product was on its way.
Fantastic service for when you are struggling to get in to see a GP and need medication.

Lost me as a customer
I had been purchasing weight loss products for around 18 months. I have used multiple versions. However, everytime you try and order and you have a gap in any form of medication you are forced to go through continued screening and are always recommended the starter dose.
The prescribing pharmasists inform me that this dose "is a starter dose" meant to see if you have a reaction. Considering I have had multiple versions of this prescription I would have preferred to go onto the 1st scale of dose. They refused this. Then they try to charge you a £10 fee for cancelling even tho their website clearly states "FREE Consultation".
