WORST STORE EVER
WORST STORE EVER! I bought a product that came in a pack, two months into the order placed, I emailed inquiring about my order they couldn’t give me a solid answer of where it was and gave me a tracking number that was wrong. It has now been over 6 months and I still haven’t received my order. I recently emailed again asking politely for a refund because there is no point of the getting the product I would rather pay alittle more on Amazon and atleast know I will get the product then buy again from here, but customer service rudely told me they wouldn’t be helping me any further. What kind of a rude answer is that? On top of them STEALING YOUR MONEY they are rude about it, the audacity these scammers have. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

If I could give them a 0 rate I would. These people are scammers. Bought a hair piece was wrong color and said if wanted refund the shipping was expensive and yes it was. Shipping more (twice as much) as hairpiece. Do not buy from them unless you don’t want a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! While deployed, I ordered a neoprene waist trainer. (October 8, 2018). I emailed them over a hundred times with NO REPLY!!! Here it is April 13, 2020 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE OR THE REFUND! I am now back in the states and can make calls only to find out, there is no way to contact them!!!

Stay away
Ordered a Multipurpose Mobile Phone Bracket , took over a month and that was after I had to follow up with them.
2 months later it broke and they offered to send new a new one for $8. They said since it's 1.19.20 and I received my order on 11.22.19 it is out of warranty. Really so you sell crap and screw people over then want them to pay for a new one?

My mistake, the company is Lily Deal Stores, no My Lily Deal. My apologies to My Lily Deals.
Do not buy from this site. They offer no customer service. I ordered product in November, they cannot provide accurate shipping information and they told me to go to the post office and check if they have the package. They take your money and do not deliver product.

In June 2019 I placed an order with this company. I ordered a full power body sculpture unit and paid 79.99 for the order
The previous owners of this company insulted my intelligence by claiming they had shipped my order to my home address 5 times! They suggested I look around my neighborhood to locate the item and insinuated I had received the order and was trying to cheat them by receiving additional items. As I continued to receive advertisements to place additional orders to the company, I continued to request a refund of my money or the item shipped to my home. Seven days ago a representative of the company contacted me via email and offered to refund my money, replace my original item or allow me to place an order for another item of my choice. Frankly, I believed it was a scam to get me to pay for additional items. Imagine my surprise when my original item arrived today in the mail. The representative stated that the company's ownership had changed hands and they really wanted to improve their customer service. I have no problem assigning 5 stars to this representative and the company who communicated with me and followed through insuring I received the merchandise I ordered. I am so appreciative of the efforts demonstrated by this representative and this company. With continued customer service on this prompt level, I know I will spend more of my hard earned money with Lily.

Ordered online 11.08.19, they gave me an "Order Number" and said I would get a tracking number once shipped, it is now 11.22.19 and I haven't heard a thing. I come HERE to reviews and it seems everyone has the same issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
I am SURE the 5 star review they DID get was probably an employee.
EDITED and UPDATED 11.25.19 - If you are trying to order from LILY DEAL STORE, then the bad review above STANDS.
However, in my search to find someone who could look up my order as stated above, I was contacted by a customer service rep from MY LILY DEALS (they sell SHAPE WEAR) who was able to find the correct information for me to contact the appropriate web site.
Note how close these store names are and their email address for service.
If you've had a bad experience with LILY DEAL STORE - you want to e-mail lilydealstore.
However, if you ever need assistance with My Lily Deals, please contact mylilydeals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Not only were they very responsive, they helped me solve an issue that wasn't even theirs!
