The lotion cream is very good but the delivery was very horrible. It was very late and USPS after I had a tracking number after 3 days of non redelivery they couldn’t not fine it and they said no tracking number. I had a rh hip replacement 5 years ago…
I had a rh hip replacement 5 years ago and ever since I have severe pain in my right groin. I believe I have tried most remedies as an Ulta sound revealed there is inflammation there.
According to hi relief narrative this cream should alleviate most ii f the pain.
I have averaged more than 5 applications times per day for 2 weeks and I cannot lift the right foot more than 6 inches off the floor.
Getting into the car is still painful.
As far as I'm concerned this cream is a complete waste of money, time and effort.
If I could give less than one star I would.

My experience with this company has been very disappointing.
The advertising prominently promoted discounts of up to 67% and 75%, with prices such as US$19.95, but I could not find any clear indication of the original retail price these discounts were based on. My order ended up costing US$41.94 plus US$9.95 postage, which came to approximately AUD$85.50 for a very small jar of cream. The advertisements also showed much larger jars than the product I received, which I found misleading.
When I raised my concerns, the company eventually offered a 20% refund. While I appreciate receiving it, it took more than three weeks and required repeated follow-up from me.
The company also advertises a 90-day return policy. However, when I requested to return my unopened product, I was given a list of conditions that included providing photographs, returning it to the place it was dispatched from (without being told that address), and obtaining return authorisation, but no return authorisation was actually provided. In my experience, the advertised return policy was difficult to access in practice.
I also discovered that a subscription had been created on my account, with another order scheduled to be processed. I cancelled it immediately because I had not intended to subscribe.
A few days later, my credit card provider contacted me regarding a suspicious transaction from this supplier. I confirmed that I had not authorised the transaction. As a precaution, my bank cancelled my credit card and issued a replacement. This resulted in over an hour of my time updating recurring payments linked to my card.
This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have a different experience, but I would encourage prospective customers to read all terms carefully, verify exactly what they are purchasing, and check whether any recurring subscription has been established before completing their order.
