I ordered 45 Andrex toilet rolls to be sent to my family on 3rd Sept. No toilet rolls arrived. On 6th Sept £29 was then taken from my Credit Card with the name of the recipient and my email. The company are trying to say I signed up for a fortnightly subscription, but I have a copy of my order. They are refunding £29 but have kept £9.95 as membership.

This site is a professional scam
Total of 59.99 Euros charged for ZERO service!!
That is 43 Euros for obtaining the prestigious membership with this site selling ----. Another 9.99 for knowing them as a seller and eventually a 6.95 for taking action of begging to unsubscribe.
I was finally promised refund of only 43 euros, but no confirmation yet. I have asked for a complete refund. Why would a site not return your money if they are selling good things and can back it up with service and customer care?? BEWARE
