Worst experience I have ever had
Worst experience I have ever had. I am usually an airhelp.com customer but I wanted to give myflyright a chance.
I opened a claim and the same day I informed them that I had to add an alternative flight I booked to reach destination (EUR 750). They confirmed. Afterwads, they asked me to print, sign and share a declaration of consent.
As you can imagine, I have not signed the declaration until I had feedback on the claim. The result was them to have a signed declaration on my dashboard (asked for a proof of signature but still nothing) and a claim closed without including the additional flight.
