Dental professionals superb but the front line service has let them down this time, rude and condescending! Costs nothing to be nice!
The prices are steep in comparison to other dental practices looks like this “returned” customer will be leaving again due to the front line! Thanks but no thanks.
I actually think it was the practice manager! Not a good role model!

I have been going to My Dentist for a long time, the care and attention is such a high standard. I had clear correct aligners, I am delighted with the result. The dentists are caring and excellent, I recently had a check up with an action that was clearly explained.

I'm a nervous patient
I'm a nervous patient. Needed a filling. Both David and Claire made me feel at ease. The filling was done pretty quickly and I was soon on my way.
The staff at this dentist are all very friendly and the surgery has a relaxed feeling to it. Great place to go to when needing a good dentist.

Total disregard for patients
My son as taken off his dentist patient list because he missed an appointment due to a car crash in which he was injured. The dentist was adamant he could not be put back on the patient list even though the situation was explained. Luckily we found another My Dentist that he could go to but after several months that dentist retired and was not being replaced with no provision to continue my son’s treatment. I complained in writing to My Dentist Group and got a very polite reply that basically said TOUGH LUCK MATE. You don’t deserve patients.
