My tenant told me the electrician was friendly, helpful and prompt and sorted a couple of minor issues on the spot. The booking process was also very straightforward to navigate. Very pleased.

George was excellent throughout the assessment process. He proactively let me know about travel timings ahead of the appointment and upon arrival was extremely efficient and knowledgeable.

He demonstrated a depth of investigation and understanding that far exceeded EPC checks I had at other properties from other assessors in the past. He was able to explain some of the construction history of parts of the property I was previously unaware of and offer pragmatic and useful recommendations.

George was extremely personable and easy to get along with throughout while remaining efficient and detailed in his work. Overall an extremely positive experience and strongly recommended.

Didn't meet him only spoke on the phone

My provider was changed, with no reason given. I chose my original provider after carefully reading reviews, etc. For Myconstructor to change this without any explanation is strange. As it turned out, the provider that did turn up did a great job and was excellent, hence me giving 3 stars. I would also like to point out that the way in which these reviews are gathered is very misleading/unclear... depending on the rating you select within the email, it sends you to either Trustpilot or Myconstructor's own provider rating page. This is either poorly sign-posted or intentionally misleading - either way it's not confidence inspiring.

Never use them Booked Oven Clean 16th rang could they come later, no problem, We live in a Village, no Buses, Woman cleaning oven was only coming by train from London no means of getting 5 Miles from station to us, pack of cowboys, She should have transport, what company sends there cleaners on a Train and a bus, DO NOT USE THEM. unless you are next door to the Station.
