Unprofessional fulfillment and communication
EDIT: From 1-star to 2. I never received the product. However, when I gave up and requested my money back, they did so quickly. Along with a somewhat snarky E-mail.
At best, this is mismanagement; at worst, they are taking payment without delivery.
Ordered in November with communicated delivery also in November. Nothing arrived, no communication. Wrote to them 7th of December - they replied, giving themselves 2 more weeks. It's now 28th of December - no product and no communication. We are past the statutory 30-day delivery period under EU consumer law. I've given a final deadline of 7th of January. Will update this review if I actually receive a product.
