Scam
I didn’t purchase anything and on Saturday the 22nd of this month £37.05 was taken from my bank account!
I know I didn’t purchase anything, I would like my money returned otherwise I will be in touch with fraud management

I joined Add Mile thinking you get…more services for the subscription

I joined Add Mile thinking you get automatic sessions with the cost of membership, but you do not. I didnt use the platform at all and paid for three months. I totally forgot about the subscription and until I was charged again for 3-months. I canceled my membership same day but they off zero refunds. Its pay in to pay for more services. Not worth it.

Scam

Scam. I was charged for the subscription which basically offers nothing and then I was charged for sessions that I never agreed to purchase.

This is a scam

This is a scam! They do recurring charges just to have app on phone with the option to have a session for additional money. Then don't tell you even need to cancel! No refunds! This is a scam!!!

We also provide coaching sessions with certified professionals if you feel the need to dive deeper into your request, however, their purchase is optional, and you can freely thrive on the contents of the basic subscription.

Horrendous - I left one star as there was no…

I left one star as there was no option to not leave any . This to me seems to be a scam so am wanting to warn others . I downloaded the app to help me through a stressful time and it has been anything but. I got an introductory offer and paid upfront. After going through the site I didn’t find that it was going to be very useful. I tried many times to sign in, in case I got charged at the end of the trial period as I am usually good at making sure this doesn’t happen. Every time I either couldn’t get signed in or it was telling me that I didn’t have a subscription?! It has now charged me £37 and still there is no information, when I do sign in it’s telling me I have no subscription so what is it that you have charged me for ?! Please don’t waste your money

So far it's relatable to me

So far it's relatable to me. I just started reading, I'm fine with just chats, as long as I can express myself it's good for me and addmile has all the features I need. There is also a 1:1 session video session, it's not free but very affordable.
