They have a great service and it will…

They have a great service and it will blow you away with what you learn. The counselors or “mentors” are out of this world, it’s like something from a movie!
The only big issue was word charges for $99 that the support took days to even consider fixing until I had posted multiple reviews mentioning this. I highly suggest they fix their customer support process.

I cancelled this stupid subscription in October already and I don't know why the hell you're still debiting my account??!!

I'd give - 5 stats if I could because this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm going to copy and past this, on ever platform associated with this nonsense "coaching" platform!

PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! AVOID!!!

Absolutely useless app; no real, genuine, practical help. Not "sticky" in terms of engagement, and then use predatory practices to get subscription fees, even though you've never used the app since signing up.

Subscription charged after I believed it was canceled

I thought I had canceled the subscription after purchasing the app because I found it unhelpful. The cancellation did not go through, and I was charged for the next month anyway. I noticed the charge two days later and explained my situation, requesting a refund. I was told, per their terms and conditions, that refunds aren’t provided. I don’t understand why a service I wasn’t using would be billed, since usage can be seen in the reports. Very disappointing customer service and billing experience.

Scam. 50 Euro per month?! For what? There is nothing worth that kind of money within this app, really. You will get more beneficial advice from ChatGPT rather then here. Stay away from it.

I joined Add Mile thinking you get…more services for the subscription

I joined Add Mile thinking you get automatic sessions with the cost of membership, but you do not. I didnt use the platform at all and paid for three months. I totally forgot about the subscription and until I was charged again for 3-months. I canceled my membership same day but they off zero refunds. Its pay in to pay for more services. Not worth it.

This is a scam! They do recurring charges just to have app on phone with the option to have a session for additional money. Then don't tell you even need to cancel! No refunds! This is a scam!!!
