NOT A STORE TO DEAL WITH!! I paid $70 extra for expedited shipping to Canada ( 1-2 days). My event was 4 weeks in the future. 2 weeks AFTER THE EVENT. 6 weeks after my order...the parcel arrives. Canada Post was NOT on strike until 2 weeks after my order was placed. The store will not refund the $70 I PAID FOR QUICK DELIVERY. Life is unfair, as we know, but to treat a fellow 12 stepper like this does not follow are principles. I WILL NEVER FEAL WITH THIS STORE AGAIN. I PRAY YOU DON'T. We must treat each other with compassion. Now I have a bunch of stuff I can't use as the event will not occur. This will be posted on all forums.

Nothing went particularly wrong—it just didn’t feel very welcoming. Compared to the warmth and support I usually experience in the recovery community, the tone here felt noticeably colder. Their customer service came off as curt and unapproachable. I had inquired about pricing for a mutual aid convention, letting them know I’d seen a better deal elsewhere and asking if they could match or improve on it. Their response was simply to tell me to purchase it from the other provider instead.

After FOUR (4) attempts asking for a status of my order via their website "contact us" form, I FINALLY received an email full of ATTITUDE and SELF-RIGHTOUSNESS, telling me that I had made NO previous attempts and that my order "The size selected is being printed and ready to ship at the end of the week. However we would prefer to refund the order and reserve the right to cancel the order."

I asked them to please not cancel this order, because it was a special gift, "I would really prefer to get the hoody. It is for my wife’s 40th sobriety anniversary replacing the same one our dog chewed a hole through. She will be ecstatic to find that in her “birthday” pile! Thank you for getting back to me…..appreciate the follow up."

The next day the charge on my credit card was refunded indicating that my order was cancelled, no email or other communication to that effect was ever received.

It's no wonder they have a BBB rating of "F".
