Deceptive billing and violation of terms - SCAM alert!

Beware of this service! I signed up for a 7-day trial ($7), and they charged me $31 for a monthly subscription on May 10th, even though their own official email stated the renewal date was May 11th. They took the money a day early to prevent me from canceling.
Furthermore, according to their own Terms (Clause 4.2.1), the service does not match the description. I paid for a monthly plan, but the access provided is significantly shorter than 30 days. There is no clear way to cancel the subscription in the dashboard. This is a predatory business model. I have already initiated a chargeback through my bank. Avoid at all costs!
