Paid for a subscription, got nothing, ignored all emails, kept charging me .... This is FRAUD"
I am writing this review to warn anyone considering using eVirtualAssistants. This company is completely unprofessional and their billing practices are deeply suspicious.
I signed up and paid for the Rockstar Plan at $9.00 per month, but my profile never upgraded from the Free Worker tier. I was paying for a service I never received.
I emailed their support team at support(at)eVirtualAssistants.com asking why my account was still showing as free despite my payment. Absolutely no response. I then emailed them again requesting to cancel my subscription and stop the charges. Again, complete silence. Not a single reply to any of my emails.
Despite ignoring all my messages, they had no problem continuing to charge my card automatically every month. On 06 June 2026 alone, they charged me $9.00 TWICE on the same day. That is $18.00 in one day for a service I never even received properly.
When I tried to take matters into my own hands and remove my card from their platform, I discovered that their Manage Cards button does not allow card removal at all. It only lets you add a new card. Once your card is in their system, you are completely trapped with no way out.
I had no choice but to go directly to my bank to block future charges and dispute the payments. No customer should ever have to go through this.
To summarise what this company did to me. Charged me for a plan I never received. Ignored every single email I sent. Charged my card twice in one day. Made it impossible to remove my card. Forced me to involve my bank.
This is not just bad customer service. This is fraudulent behaviour. Do NOT enter your card details on this platform. You will regret it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
