Incredible value
Incredible value, very fast delivery from France. Ordered late on the 16th June and the goods were delivered on the 21st of June. I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. Depending on what you are buying , make sure to compare the French website to the UK one as there are great bargains to be found on items that may not be for sale in the UK.

Excellent communication all the way concerning delivery, this is a positive for customers. Fast postage which outdone other reputable companies. Purchased items well wrapped for protection from loss. Excellent service and good prices on fragrances. But would be even greater if customers are spending over £100 on the brand they purchased, to be given a sample of the same brand of the niche fragrance. I purchased a niche fragrance of Tom Ford so another tom ford sample would of been great.

Be awareRecurrent misleading advertising: they don't deliver what they promise and customer support is awful!
Be aware: this company does not honour the conditions offered at the time of purchase. In the same household, we had two terrible experiences in a row, proving that their issues with free samples and customer support are systemic.
Order no. MO-200004932802: A £95.71 purchase. The website explicitly promised 3 free samples for orders over £75. We spent more and increased our cart value precisely because of this incentive, but they only sent 1 sample. On top of that, the 5% first-purchase discount was not applied automatically. We contacted them on June 23rd and only got a reply today, June 29th, confirming a £5.00 refund because we chased them, but refusing to send the remaining samples.
Order no. MO-200004932797: A new purchase made hoping the previous case was an isolated incident, but the mistake repeated itself even worse: they promise at least 3 samples on the website and sent absolutely none. Another email has already been sent demanding clarification.
It is unacceptable that customers have to police the company to receive the correct discount and the advertised freebies. They use samples as bait to get us to spend more, and then they fail to deliver. Their customer service is extremely slow and their automatic promotions fail. First and last time buying here. I hope the company honours what it promises and resolves this issue.
