Stole my card details.

I tried to make a purchase from this website today. It was instantly blocked by my card company. I called them and they said this website has been flagged as fraudulent. The company trying to claim the payment was a debt company, and my bank could see they had stolen my bank details. I should have known the cost of the perfume was too good to be true. My banks fraud department are now investigating!

I placed my order well in advance…

I placed my order well in advance because it was a birthday gift for my husband, and we were due to travel abroad the day after the expected delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery took much longer than expected.

The parcel was eventually marked as a failed delivery, even though I stayed at home all day waiting for it. I contacted DPD myself and even offered to collect the parcel from the depot to make sure I received it before travelling, but they refused to allow collection or arrange delivery that day.

As the retailer, I believe MyOrigines has a responsibility to work with reliable delivery partners and to support customers when deliveries go wrong. Instead, I was left chasing the courier myself with no real assistance.

I ordered in good faith and planned ahead, yet I still didn’t receive the gift in time for my husband’s birthday. The whole experience was stressful and very disappointing.

I won’t be ordering again unless the delivery service and customer support improve.

Genuine product at an excellent price, clear info provided when buying from Europe so no concerns about unexpected bills on arrival. Couldn't be happier and will definitely buy again. The little perfume sample inc was also a lovely surprise.

I paid extra for 2-3 day delivery but…

I paid extra for 2-3 day delivery but the order was supposedly delivered 9 days after the order. I say "supposedly" because I and my neighbours are travelling and the delivery proof from chronopost/dpd is not accessible and I have no way of knowing if the order was delivered or not. Customer service has not responded to my emails or queries.
