Terrible service
Terrible service. They sell themselves on the fact they will get you completed quicker than the market average - this is not true! Case handler and legal representative did not communicate with me - even on completion they did not let me know - I had to hear from a third party! I was asked numerous times to review my own documents - does not seem they know the legalities of house conveyancing. Use these if you wish but I would not recommend.

Communication was so badly that I spent daily hours and hours to try to reach somebody. It was the most stressful experience of my life.
I was misinformed and due to this I had a huge financial loss.

Great price and experience from the entire team
I recently used Muve for both my sale and purchase and was supported by Malinga De Silva, Rilhan Hallaldeen and Kevin Assauw. The price initially was great and very competitive but it was the support and quality of service that was particularly brilliant.
The final stages of my move became particularly stressful due to delays and uncertainty elsewhere in the chain, but the team continued to chase, keep things progressing and respond to my (many!) requests for updates. I really appreciated their patience and support, particularly when timelines became incredibly important and there was a lot happening across both transactions.
Malinga, Rilhan and Kevin worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line, and I always felt they understood how important the move was to me. They were professional, responsive and reassuring throughout what could otherwise have been a very difficult experience.
I'm now happily in my new home and incredibly grateful to all three of them for helping me get here. Thank you!

Got things done really quickly but pester for review.
They were very quick to get things sorted especially Kasuni. But Sharan kept pestering for a five star review, he pestered so much that he has now lost 2 stars but does his job well. Kasuni gets 5 as she was brilliant.

Terrible experience - avoid at all costs.
I am so upset that I put such a huge purchase in their hands. They are 100% offshore, poor at responding and charge you for anything extra they can. I have bought sold 5+ houses and thought I didn't need anything too premium in terms of support. However this has been a disaster and I have complained to the ombudsman.
They will not provide you with any real advice and you have to do all the leg work - other solicitors hate working with them and so it makes you a villain in an already painful process. Please avoid.
They will also try and take down poor reviews to hide this fact.

Muve is not “100% offshore”. We operate through a collaborative model involving both UK-based and internationally based teams, and we are transparent about this. Our international teams are an established part of our operating model and work alongside our UK teams to progress client matters. We appreciate that you may have a preference for a different model, but this should not be confused with the service being concealed from clients.
We are also sorry to hear that you felt you were not receiving the level of advice and support you expected. Our conveyancers are responsible for providing legal advice within the scope of their instruction, while our wider teams support the progression and coordination of each transaction. If there are specific instances where you believe the advice or assistance provided was inadequate, these are matters we would absolutely want to investigate.
We also understand your concerns regarding additional charges. We recognise that unexpected costs can be frustrating, and any concerns you have regarding fees should be considered as part of the review of your individual transaction rather than dismissed.
Most importantly, we have recorded the substantive concerns raised in your review in line with our complaints procedure.
