No sticking to advertised delivery guarantee
I pre-ordered the long awaited fan x 2 around a month before we needed it. The aim was to take it away on holiday with us due to it being compact and due to the company's reputation of guaranteed by dates and 'great customer service ' with frequent advertising confirming delivered by guaranteed date or your money back. It was delayed more than once even though I pre-ordered. Still I accepted the delay as it should be here well before we go away. Delayed again. Contacted customer services to be fobbed off that well "it'll arrive by Saturday" so all was ok. That was the day we flew. No apology at all or recompense for the fact their delays were ridiculous and not all all in line with what they advertise. I've spent a small fortune with this company and this has absolutely put me off recommending them or buying again.
