I have purchased a few items from MHI - all products are brilliant and of good quality. My first item was the frog spade - absolutely fantastic - I would never have been able to have dug such a large area over without it - I am a woman of 67. Such fantastic products - shall be purchasing more items. Delivery is swift and products are well packaged.

My purchase did not come on the date it said it would, had to contact them after waiting nearly another week, and still took a number of days to arrive.
Fan is really good and well made but delivery not good.

Unfortunately a few issues with communication
Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the lack of communication from Must Have Ideas whilst I awaited my pre ordered item of the Fan-tastic.
I was told i should have had an email about the extra delay of delivery, however, I did not receive this.
I am happy with the item once I did finally receive it though.
