Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to hear about your fall and hope that you are now recovering well.

At MTNG, the safety and comfort of our customers are extremely important to us. All our footwear is designed and tested to provide good grip and stability under normal conditions of use. For this reason, we regret that we were not given the opportunity to inspect the product or to understand the specific circumstances in which the incident occurred, as this would have allowed us to investigate whether there could have been an isolated issue with the pair.
