Music tribe Scam Behringer Vintage

This appears to be a scam asking for donations to install Behringer Vintage. It's not possible to create an account and get a serial once a donation is made. They were stupid enough to try and use Paypal to pull this scam.

The Website is a joke.

The Website is a joke.
Have filled in 3 support tickets and got nowhere so far.
Foot pedal given as a present does not work.
Keep sending e mails but they seem to disappear on their system.
Can't seem to get anywhere
Very frustrating
Don't buy a berhinger product

A completely nonsensical company - AVOID!!!!

A completely nonsensical company, with dismal customer service. Bought a Behringer HellBabe wah-wah pedal in Feb 23 via Amazon. Product developed a fault by June 23. Sought a repair, had no choice than to seek help from MusicTribe. Five months later in Nov 23, MusicTribe reports that it cannot repair the product. I asked for a refund in Nov 23 - since then, MusicTribe has tried everything (and I mean EVERYTHING!) to delay the agreed payment of a refund. AVOID THIS CLOWN OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!

They provide NO support

What an absolute joke behringer’s support is! Folks wait for months and when they ask on twitter (x) they get answers like: “patience”.
This is unacceptable. I will not buy any more behringer products until this is fixed.

Behringer....Joke company

Had a failing power supply on my X32 Rack,which seems to be a common issue from what I've read on the internet,However mine has been trouble free for several years, so sent an email to their support page which directs you to their spare parts system,well what a joke this company is,a totally frustrating experience I have sent several support tickets, to which I have not had a single reply after several weeks, I only want to buy a power supply unit????this Rack mixer is still in production so why is it so hard to get a spare part for it.I can now see why people despise this brand so much now their support is non existent,and I refuse to buy a brand new rack when spares should be available readily when the unit is still being made, seems like Behringer are happy to make you buy a new unit than offer spare parts,Its all well and good having a fancy Support page and system,but its all smoke and mirrors,I'm not surprised that most people hate this company...I'm done with the brand once and for all....

Horrible horrible non existent support

Horrible horrible non existent support. I mean, get answers you don't like is one thing but getting NO answers is worse. I will never touch a brand again under this ownership. Sorry Tannoy I know this is not what you planned for.. Off to Fyne.

dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied. Daughter purchased this for me on January 6, 2023. 6 mos later on the 3rd use, in the middle of a party, it shut down. Green blinking lights on front panel by USB PORT. Seller, Adorama, a supposed Super Partner agreement dealer, states I must pay shipping to return item at my cost of 187. My daughter, had to pay 111 to ship to me. Seller said, before seeing item, all they could do is refund purchase price, excluding shipping. If I had known it would only last 3 uses I would have returned it immediately and chastised my daughter for not researching the company well enough before she bought it. My sister has one and it works great. Must have been one of those that just got through quality control inspection before being boxed up. Anyway, I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. When I contacted music tribe about it, they just stated that I will have to go through seller for everything. To me that was a pass the buck way of doing business. But who am I to complain? I am just the customer, well really my daughter was. This complaint is probably falling of def ears anyway. But I will guarantee one thing, if I am ever asked about my opinion about the company, I will have to tell them about my experience. Thanks for reading. VEC, Shreveport, LA

Bad customer service, won´t honor their warranty.

Bad customer service, their warranty doesn't mean anything.
TC electronic used to be good, not anymore!
TC electronic Unitune clip tuner broke, just turning it on and off (They're supposed to be tough)
I bought it from Thomann who said TC electronic (Drive Tribe)
need to deal with it, Drive Tribe say Thomann needs to. So it looks like I´m stuck with a broken tuner.
before this I was just about to order a TC Electronic 65 Combo Preamp, I have now changed my mind.

behringer waters on their customers…

behringer waters on their customers with disrespect.
they are broadly uninterested.

the X-air series relies on a buttonless design, the interface is an app for ipad. since the update of apple's OS, the app does not work anymore. but this manufacturer does not care that you payed for equipment that does not work. what a scam. if i'd lived closer to willich in germany I'd throw my unit through their window.

Long loading site and terrible reaching to Support

Reaching out to the Support is way too complicated and even i had just a question and needed to specify useless stuff that arent even matter to me so i was literally forced to click on random stuff to finally write in the text box... the other thing is that the site is loading way too slow and therefore i cant even change privacy setting for example who can message me or see your profile is public by default... just get support elsewhere but dont do it the official way

TC ELECTRONICS GONE DOWNHILL

Web site for support is useless. TC Electronics had great quality products and had excellent customer service but since being taken over its all gone downhill. TC Electronics bass gear was excellent I wouldn't by one now.

Expensive products with no support when…

Expensive products with no support when you need help/parts. They send you a list of service centers that will just let you know that Music Tribe doesn't supply them with parts for their products. Avoid this company.

Music Tribe is the worst

I bought a Behringer product and after a few weeks it stopped working. There is no way to get any help from Music Tribe as they excel in ways to give you the run around. Too bad that anyone purchasing a Behringer product can not be warned ahead of time. By the other reviews here, I am at least comforted that I am not the only unfortunate person to buy their product

AVOID MUSICTRIBE AT ALL COSTS

No way to contact TC Electronic at all. Endless loops of discussion forums where no answers ever appear. The only reply I’ve had in the last month and a half was to say they don’t know anything about their own product. I will never purchase anything from any musictribe company ever again and will likely need to just throw my unit away.

The Musictribe App is the worst app…

The Musictribe App is the worst app ever. It just doesn't ever work. How are you suppose to get something fixed by Behringer if the only way to contact them is through this app? Whats sad is that Behringer does not care and they don't want to help because if they did they would read all these negative reviews about the app and fix it. I honestly think this is done on purpose so once you buy their products they can wash you clean of ever having to deal with you. I will never buy another Behringer product again.
