Pathetic useless AI bot as "support" agent

Pathetic AI bot as a replacement for decent customer service. Email address support(at)musictribe(dot)com bounces, no way to continue with an existing ticket. Bad service overall, unwilling to address the actual issue.

No simple way to make a support ticket. Their AI tool is running around in circles, asking the same questions over and over again. I need some spare parts and there is just no way of contacting them

Customer service is atrocious

Customer service is atrocious. Actually, it's non-existent. Their useless AI customer service rep, ULI, is, well, useless. No response to supposed trouble tickets. I will never buy TC Electronic effects again and highly suggest that no one else does, either.

I had a bad experience with TC Helicon

I opened a ticket with music tribe last week CAS-917144-K1W4N2 MT0438429 for my Voicelive 3 Extreme after fighting a stupid bot going round in cirlces.

It was obvious they don't intend for you to contact a human. Then at last it raised a ticket. Since then I heard nothing.

I can share pictures/screenshots of my experience if anyone is interested.

I have heard that the techical support team for TC Electronic and TC Helicon have been let go and they don't have anyone who knows how to help.

I don't think they are interested in helping. Just want to make money. My friend told me they have cheap labour in Pakistan who are not qualified and don't know what they are doing.

They even recommend a solution that would have probably damaged the device. This is my experience. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

Avoid all musictribe products

Was planning on buying Behringer mixer and associated equipment before I learned of the musictribe problems. There is NO customer support, no way to register (create) an account, no way to register a product for warranty. I'm surprised there isn't a class action suit against them yet.

Support Team very bad, slow

I bought the tc m6000 license package on the web, but they never responded to me, so I will lose that money??? It's terrible, why do you treat customers like that? My mail was canceled or reported resolved when nothing happened? I'm very disappointed in you.

Support only from unavailable website

If you want any support for a Behringer, TC Electronics, TC Helicon etc device, you have to go to their community website. Avoid any product from this company like the plague, because:

THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE IS ALWAYS BROKEN.

Worthless customer service

They buy smaller names and some big but sh1tty ones.. their customer service is worthless, i'll never buy , Behringer , TC electronic and all the rest they own from now on. They sell stuff that gives you problems after you got them , I don't buy to start a pursuit of fixing your sh1t , i buy cause i want to use it. Now , not in 6 months. So for me , your dead meat in my wallet.

Website is constantly down. Can not even register products. Been trying for three years.

The Behringer customer support is abhorrent. I love their products. I own dozens of their synths and EuroRack pieces. Over the course of five years, I have been able to log on twice to register products. The second time, the website would not recognize my account, and I was in a loop when I was trying to reset it, so I had to create a second account just to register products. Now, I've been trying to register another set of products for six months, and have never been able to log on to do so during that time period. This is basic stuff here, Behringer. I'm not asking for any hand-holding. Just get a website up and working so that I can register my products. Do better.

If Product "Supported" by Music Tribe, Avoid It

After two years, my Behringer U-Phoria UMC202HD Audio interface is no longer recognized by Windows 10 and by Windows 11 computers, even after following many troubleshooting guides, YouTube Videos, and using multiple computers, three different USB cables (including the one sent with unit and one brand new), six different USB computer ports and uninstalls and reinstalls of drivers, my Behringer U-Phoria UMC202HD Audio Interface, seemed dead to me. Granted it is an entry interface, but it was all I could afford.
Now, on to Music Tribe where I was sent via the Behringer support website. To submit a ticket on musictribe.com, I had to sign in (fine). To sign in, I needed to register (fine). To register, I needed to double enter email/password (fine). The complete registration button did not activate (uh-oh). Selecting the button anyway did nothing. After several unsuccessful rounds of this, I found these other reviews so will stop wasting my time on musictribe.com.
I bought Behringer, thinking they were a quality company with quality products. Seeing how Behringer outsourced their support to this apparent non-entity at musictribe.com, with their counter-productive website, their lack of responsiveness in addressing fatal flaws consistently pointed out by my fellow reviewers, and their disregard for Behringer customers (not to mention the other brands musictribe.com lists and doesn't support); leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. The musictribe.com WILL be useful to me when I replace my Behringer U-Phoria UMC202HD. If the brand is listed as supported on musictribe.com, I'll know to avoid it.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service – A Complete Nightmare

I purchased a product through one of Music Tribe’s partners, and unfortunately, it stopped working. When I reached out to customer support, I expected a straightforward resolution, but instead, I encountered endless delays, unclear responses, and no real solutions.

The support team constantly reassured me that they were working on my case, but they never followed up within the promised timeframe. Every interaction felt like an attempt to stall rather than to help. The representatives were unprofessional, evasive, and seemed to rely on my patience instead of actually resolving the issue.

Dealing with Music Tribe's support has been a complete nightmare. I would not recommend any of their services, and from now on, I will stay far away from their products.

I’m giving them one star only because there’s no option to give zero—otherwise, I would.

No useful service is provided

No useful service is provided the web site is a navigational nightmare constantly sends you confirmation emails then says you don’t exist all they want is your information and sales preferences.
Behringer really
need to sort this out as it will cost them dearly in the end
People need to know they have access to support after a purchase, yet with no direct way to communicate with them only Music Tribe people will look elsewhere for products that are supported.
Music tribe is a complete disaster and the more people that complain the faster Behringer will change its ways

Absolutely no customer service…

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever...Purchased Berhinger Model 15, which, it turns out has a known fault with S&H, tried to register product to arrange return/fix - IMPOSSIBLE! 2 days wasted inputting data. Gave up and arranged return to store purchased from. Real shame because they do make some good, affordable clones of legendary synths. This is a multi-million pound corporation, why waste time building a fake customer service website that doesn't actually work? Come on Music Tribe - sort this out

No support, I can't register product

I bought X32 Behringer mixer and TC. I can't sign on their website, so I can't get the warranty for products. I saw a few reviews that wrote stay away from everything with Music Tribe support. Now I see that is true.
Here is how their website do/not work. After successful registration on the Music Tribe website I got the email, verified registration and then tried to sign in. It send me again Email for verification - I verified and again, again, infinity loop.
They don't even provide a Email for support so there is no way to reach anybody there. The support company can't provide a basic process like registration???? What can I expect if I have some trouble with the mixer?
So I am stuck here, I can't register products, I will return both products
