A lovely teacher and very helpful
A lovely teacher who made me feel relaxed and was excellent in her analysis of my singing.
I think my singing will definitely improve with her guidance.
The app however I struggled with finding menus for information etc.

Clunky experience
The site is clunky in a number of areas. The messages with teachers is one example. Finding, responding and history of messages as an example. Same with billing and payment history could be simply laid out but it's not
