I purchased a jarre aeroskull in 2014 after one month the sound increased in volume by itself,i contacted jarre technologies with no response i then searched on Facebook and left a bad review of their services,which stimulated a response they said they would send a replacement which they did asking to package the faulty item for return,the new aeroskull arrived but they did not take the old one back so I had two one that didn’t work and one that did work.18 months ago the new one exhibited the same problem as the first one,I contacted jarre again via the website to ask if a firmware update was available to fix this as all of the aeroskull can be updated email sent with auto reply someone will contact me soon,NO RESPONSE AGAIN LOOKS LIKE I WILL HAVE TO CONTACT JEAN MICHEL JARRE FACEBOOK PAGE AGAIN
