I’m not a customer yet, but I recently contacted Musicbed with a few questions and their support team responded incredibly fast and kindly. Allyson was very clear, helpful, and professional. Great customer service experience.

Would not recommend. Once you sign up for a subscription, they make it unnecessarily difficult to turn off auto-renewal, you can only do so shortly before the renewal date. If you miss that window, you're automatically charged for another full year.
This is a poor business practice and a clear dark marketing pattern designed to trap customers. Avoid companies that operate like this.

I recently signed up for Musicbed’s free trial to explore their platform and access a few songs. I only downloaded one track and didn’t realize that the trial would automatically renew into an annual business subscription of over $1,000 unless canceled in advance.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I reached out immediately to explain the mistake. The team was polite but completely inflexible. Even though I had not used the subscription, they refused to cancel it without charging a $300 cancellation fee, on top of the $100 first monthly charge that had already been billed — a total of nearly $400 for nothing.
I fully understand the need for company policies, but this situation shows a total lack of empathy or flexibility toward honest user mistakes. Many creative professionals like me (I’m a photographer from Spain, just starting my career) simply cannot afford to lose this amount for a service we never used.
I genuinely hope Musicbed uses the money I’ve paid through this unfortunate experience to improve their transparency and customer support, so future users don’t face the same problem. Sadly, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I was searching for a new licensing platform after some fear mongering from another competitor, and came to Musicbed with lots of questions for customer service. They answered all my questions, dispelled my fears, and helped me get signed up for the right plan for me. In addition, finding music that fits the mood of my projects has been quick and easy due to the selection of tracks and sound affects available. Highly recommend.

I had a copyright issue with a song I used on YouTube and reached out for support.
Although situations like this can be quite stressful, the representative handled it very quickly and appropriately.
Knowing that I can continue to receive this kind of support is one of the main reasons I use Musicbed.

Subscripted from 2018 paying full price every year,
accepted price rises until this year, found that $839 was too much this year to renew, and was shocked to see that they would offer it to me for like 40% off halfway on the renewal cancelation process. So i was paying full price for 8 years and there was a way of getting it for 30-40% off by just trying to cancel.. if you could sell it to me for 500, dont try to renew it for 840.
plus forcing the cancellation of renewal to be limited to the last 30 days of a subscription, seems unethical to me.
Edit :They also tried to activate some request for more details from trust pilot to try to get my review taken down. Imagine how many bad reviews end up deleted.
Edit 2: and they lie. From trust pilot email: "Just a reminder that you have 2 days left to provide more information or your review may be taken offline."
