I have placed an order on the 24th of July to be delivered on the 27th of July.

I received an email from DHL on the 27th to say they cant deliver it and will deliver it the next day.

The next day DHL email me again to say they can't deliver it till the 31st of July!!! Not happy as I then had to spend more money of food elsewhere to make meals for the family.

Today is now the 5th of August I still have no delivery, Ive emailed Muscle Food, used the live chat option and send a DM through Instagram. Not heard anything!

No contact telephone number can be found to speak to anyone. Im completely out of pocket and dont think its acceptable

The order didn’t arrive on date booked, was only emailed about this late afternoon of the day. They asked if we wanted it rearranged, we gave a date three days later, they didn’t come back to us until 4 days later where they selected their own date making the order a week late. We replied saying that date didn’t work for us but they ignored us and sent it anyway. Terrible communication and customer service

5kg of chicken bought that had to go in the bin due to the smell of rotten meat when opening the packet I messaged customer service a couple of times and no response.

Order was delayed and when it was delivered the food was rotten.

Customer service is terrible now. I have used MF for years and over the last few months, they have gone downhill. Won’t be using again.

The delivery was late with a roughly a week. It was booked for Saturday delivery because we supposed to have BBQ on Sunday, came on Thursday.
The quality of the meet is not good, we have beef stakes the get in the bin. Chicken is ok but instead of 5kg we have 2.5kg chicken filet.

The package arrived hot the driver said he could not say how long it was in the van it was not marked as to keep refrigerated or chilled I refused the item they tried to deliver again a couple of days later, I tried to complain to company but they will not respond to messages or emails I am without the order or a refund the customer service is non existent

Good communication easy to do business with food is lovely BBQ pork loins are gorgeous I will be ordering my monthly meat shopping with yous from now on kind regards Steph

Ordered for a Saturday delivery turned up following Thursday , no communications messaged there team on Facebook and email messages just read and ignored, also food was all squashed together with no care when packing won’t be using again

Amazing price and so fresh, packaging for delivery keeps it cool also

Absolutely crap
Waited over a 2 weeks for my food and Wen it arrived it went out of date. A day later how was I ment to eat 5kg of chicken in a day wasted loads of it

Very bad experience, poor quality meat, gone off on delivery, no response from customer service to them fine out you have gone into administration!

As always top quality product top quality price highly recommended and will always recommend

Customer service is nightmare.
I still waiting for my order no one gives me any information about order.
They just let me no on the delivery day they don't have everything what I ordered but I don't know what is missing!

There was a delay with the order and I informed that I could have it delivered anytime the following week to help you out. The order was delivered but the ready meals were missing from the order. I emailed you about this last week and I am still awaiting a reaponse. I have paid for the order but not received all of it. Has rather soured my first time of using the company.

Waited 2 weeks for my order to be delivered due to ‘distribution issues’ but wasn’t notified of that fact until I complained about my order being late (the day after it was requested to be delivered). I was then forced to go out and buy variants of what I’d ordered for meals I had planned. Nil compensation, standard apology email. But now here the food is good quality and so far, very tasty.

cant get through on the only phone number. don't get replies via email.

food is fine. but god forbid you have a problem... there is no help... no reply... no nothing...

Multiple emails sent about an issue, the only emails i've recieved since were "congratulations your next order is being prepared"... oh that would be the one i emailed about a week before in the hope of amending. No such luck. Had to go out and buy a second freezer as there was no other option but waste loads of perfectly good food. Raging doesn't quite cut it. But hey atleast the food is tasty. Although i question where it comes from... for example romanian chicken?? do they even have welfare standards? smells a bit iffy when you take it out the bag to be honest. recent lot of steaks 2 out of 4 of them are 50% fat.. barely any meat on the steak... so little so that i'll have to eat them both to consider it one steak.
