Ordered 2 beautiful mirrors at fantastic prices, they were delivered a couple of days later and I was of advised of the delivery time and they arrived on schedule to Dundalk on Monday morning, 2 lovely friendly men, cheery and friendly and took both mirrors carefully into the house. I was delighted with everything, thank you so much! Definitely 5 stars!

This company is an excellent company to deal with especially Deirdre the owner who goes above and beyond to assist in all matters - nothing too big or too small. The personal touch is always there no matter whether dealing with the staff or accounts department. Would highly recommend Deirdre and her team for everything to do with home furniture.

Excellent customer service was kept updated on my order as it had to be ordered took a little bit longer to recieve it as it was coming from a main supplier which can be expected when ordering certain hone furniture and I did not mind haviving to wait as I was always kept updated on the progress of my order. Delivery was great too and my purchase was handled and transported with great care. Very pleased with my new bookcase which was easy to assemble with really good assembly instructions and all tools needed for assembly were supplied. Very happy with the service from Murphy Furniture highly recommend.

And furniture is not flatpack!

Purchased over €5,000 worth of furniture from Murphy Furniture, including beds and bedside lockers, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The beds deteriorated rapidly, mattresses became badly deformed within a short period, and the lockers were poorly constructed with doors falling off.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I contacted the company in December 2023 outlining the issues and followed up multiple times by phone. I received absolutely no response until legal action and formal complaints were mentioned much later.

Instead of taking responsibility for the quality of the products supplied, the company focused on avoiding liability and questioning my account, despite the fact that I still have defective items and photographic evidence available for inspection.

Consumers should be aware that once a problem arises, getting meaningful support or accountability from this company appears extremely difficult. Very disappointing experience overall.

Great service . Had a problem with trapped nerves in my neck . Spoke to Iris in online sales . She recommended some high back sofas that she thought would work . Looked up online picked one that suited . Quick delivery very professional delivery team . Delighted with the service from start to finish would highly recommend.

The lady who looked after me was most helpful. She answered all my queries and was both professional and pleasant. My order arrived quicker than I expected and was delivered and assembled by 2 very helpful men. All in all a great service.

Very helpful shop staff and manager contacted by shop staff member by phone. Very accommodating when delivery date had to be changed twice!! Very helpful delivery gentleman who worked around my need to change dates for access to newly purchased apartment - made an already very stressful situation that bit easier - very impressed by friendliness and kindness shown.

From start to finish a brilliant experience. Me and my Fiancé were looking for a new sofa. We picked one but went away to measure up to be sure and I came back a week later to order. Was told delivery would be two to three weeks but delivered a week and a half from ordering. The delivery guys were super polite, very helpful and very careful when delivering. The customer care was extremely helpful and overall a fantastic experience. We will be using them again. All the staff in Tallaght were faultless.

Easy to deal with .helpful and professional

Fast delivery everything came together one little problem there was no letters on the wood to see what went were but love the hall table it was prefect size and exactly what I ordered

We recently purchased a bed frame with storage from this company. Unfortunately, the first delivery arrived with a broken bed head. We had to wait a week with the bed frame in the middle of our room until it was replaced. The delay was due to their transportation schedule, which only operates on Wednesdays, despite us contacting them just 30 minutes after the initial delivery.
When the bed head was finally replaced, it arrived only in an open plastic bag, which was not professionally packaged or wrapped. Additionally, they placed the new bed head directly on the floor after removing the plastic bag, where their staff even stepped on it with their shoes. As a result, we now have to thoroughly clean the bed head ourselves.
Overall, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service or the handling of our purchase.
