Didn't show up

Didn't show up. Then failed to send quote. Didn't respond to my email. Then didn't answer the phone. 3 times. They DID charge me €125 for the pleasure though

EDIT: Please don't pretend to do decent service just because this is public. I already filled in your form online yesterday and no one emailed or called me back. I had to phone for a 4th and 5th time to make contact this morning. You then charged the price of the parts which were wild. You even offered a refurbished heating element for 39€ or new for €79, which considering new ones online are between €6-€25 this is crazy. I still do not have a date for the repair, and I can't believe that you would use second hand heating elements. It's like using second hand toilet paper. Makes no sense.

Please note that the €125 charge you mentioned should not have been processed at this stage. The charge is only applied after the intervention is completed. What has happened is that pre-authorization is taken at the time of booking, but it shouldn’t be processed until after the technician has completed the work.

Good repair but takes a long time

My washing machine is well repaired after a few attempts of appointment. Booked my first appointment online and during the day of the appointment, I was informed that there is a software problem on the site so my appointment was not registered. I booked a second appointment a week after that. On the second appointment a technician came and diagnosed the washing machine but because it needed a spare part, it could not be repaired on the spot. So I had to wait for the spare part to arrive and booked a third appointment. The third appointment was cancelled because of short staffed. The forth appointment was cancelled again because the spare part does not reach the technician. Finally on the fifth appointment, my washing machine was repaired and good to be use again. The whole repairing process took me almost a month (due to Christmas and new year holidays as well). However, the technician is very good, as I can't speak French but he still explained to me the problem of my washing machine. Thank you very much.
