Service on the phone is great However......
Service on the phone is great. However they do know that I call because the on-line ordering is horrible. It results in incorrect orders and information. As someone that orders all day long on multiple sites that provide drop shipping, this site is not good. I use it for a limited number of parts despite favorable pricing on other items.

The service here was excellent! I had a question about the parts I was ordering and they responded on Saturday and Sunday! One of the parts shipped was not correct and they shipped the correct one on a Saturday. Definitely some of the best customer service that I have received!

Great product
I had questions about their engine protection products so I called and spoke to one of their staff. I found him to be very helpful and well informed. Excellent depth of knowledge which provided me what I needed to make the correct choice for my application. Product arrived in a well packaged box. I'm impressed with the quality of the device. I also like that it's made in the USA. Higher cost than some other alternatives but I'm not willing to take chances with my expensive equipment. I can not afford to take any chance of damage from overheating or loss of oil pressure.
