Marie Aro is very efficient and takes care of the customer in a very professional and friendly manner. Most of the time we have received our product in a timely fashion, but if the lead time is longer than normal she will make me aware of this change when she calls me to confirm the order.

Poorly designed website
My only reason for the low review is the design of your new website. Your item search bar in the header bar disappears if we are logged in to our account, because the "Welcome, X" covers that area of the header. This makes it impossible to check our discounted prices and to build a cart in an efficient manner. We have to search items one by one and add them to the cart (which, by the way, does not give any kind of visual indication to confirm you've added an item to the cart. The item page just reloads.) Only during checkout after we have added every item to the cart can we log in to check pricing. And heaven forbid you added an incorrect item, because once logged in you can no longer search.
Please, PLEASE, consider revisiting your header design so you can still search for products once logged in to your account. Adding a bulk order upload would be a dream come true.

I have been using Murphy instruments since 1985 and they are the best. The problem in my section of the country is getting the stuff at a reasonable price. MurCal has become my "Go to" for Murphy replacement parts. Prices are good, parts , for me at least, are always in stock and the shipping is reasonable. In today's world that is an accomplishment. Keep up the good work.
