I contacted Mundpay about a product…

I contacted Mundpay about a product that I had purchased with concerns of fraudulent charges, I was charged for more than what was due so I tried to get a refund but kept getting moved around from in and out of support techs and chat rooms and could not accomplish a refund!
Long story short I was able to reach out to Mundpay and they took the time to locate my purchase and submitted my refund!Thank you Mundpay for your prompt response help
