Modern day thieves. They did a kickstarter, took our money and sold the company without delivering the product all whilst bull shitting the investors through update that were completely fake.

Sold me a product. Never delivered and after waiting for approx 2 years they said they wouldn’t be providing the product (MUwall) and not able to provide a refund as they had sold this side of the business! Total disgrace. I wouldn’t trust this company to either deliver a product nor to deliver within the given timeframes.

They collected money via crowdfunding and then denied the reward keeping their other business alive. They sold their fruitful business and kept debts in a “bad company” leaving hundreds of fundraisers with nothing in their hands.

Appalling behaviour on Kickstarter. Took our funding and used it to better the company and sold it on including the project we funded without giving us back anything. Disgraceful company.

I backed them on Kickstarter for their MUWall prototype, after 18 months of stringing us along with false promises of delivering, they turned around and said no MUWall, no refunds and oh we sold our company too 🙄 and they have done nothing to ease our frustration of running away with our €311,000!
Am very disappointed!

Company has used kickstarter to add investment for a new product. This ultimately failed, which is generally fine. However, they kept silence far beyond the company was sold to Stokke to avoid reimbursement. Stokke/Mukako basically scammed their clients by >300k EUR. This says a lot about both companies..

If you are based in the uk and want to place an order be ready to pay a premium. The company is meant to remove the Italian tax duties and you can pay the uk taxes however what they do is make you pay for both. Unfortunately they haven’t figured it out yet and therefore the item comes at a huge premium if ordered from the uk (since brexit). Customer service tries to explain it and are good in responding however it doesn’t change the fact that they need to figure the policies out. If you are ready to pay the extra 75-100£ then go ahead as it is a great product but I don’t think it’s right to pay so much, just because the company hasn’t figured it properly out yet.

Extremely poor customer service. I spent €500 - €600 with this company and they refuse to send me a piece that is missing from the table unless I pay more money for it.

The table and chairs have both discoloured and chipped - poor quality.

The accessories are flimsy and fall down very easily. My sister refused to use hers.

Excellent table and chair, my 18m son loves it and uses it for all its activities, meals included!

The table is solid with a good design. Bought it to my 3y old baby. He loves the city landscape board because he can play moving cars e buildings.He also uses the hole in the middle to let toys fall in the toy bag. When he plays he is very amused, and so am I!

I love their products, excellent quality at reasonable prices, everything is very well thought and children get a product that will really last and make their days more interesting.
Their customer support is really helpful and attentive!

I bought table with two chairs for my 2 years old daughter and she just loved it. Easy to assemble good quality product.

Easy to assemble, kids just did it by themselves. Perfect size for them and it's so multifunctional! It goes really well with the deco in the house. Recommended for it is so functional, recreational and good design.

The table's quality is very good and the design is awesome. The idea of having multiple tops and the central pocket is a genius idea! The mounting was very easy. My 2 years daughter is very happy with her table and us for having it in the middle of the living room. I would definitely recommend it.

We chose Mutable Smart Kit as our little girl's first birthday gift and we made an excellent choice!
The chairs are so cute, but robust and stable and she loves sitting on them although she is only one. All products are of great quality and design and were packed with care and love.
I would definitely recommend the silicone cover for the table because it is very practical to wipe and protects the table so kids can enjoy it longer :)

I am very much impressed with the quality of the product, its lovely design and the clever idea behind it. Both of my kids (4- and 8-year old) and their friends love it. I can't recommend it enough. If you are going to buy a table for your kid, this must be it.

Unbelievable bad customer service.

I ordered a table with two chairs. When they arrived, the two chairs was not from the same production, so they had different types of leg extensions. And one of the chairs legs was attached with an angle almost close to 90 degree, which made it tip over easily. The other one was with a higher degree and was more stable.
After contacting them 5 times about this, they just kept telling me, that the products had passed the control and could not be replaced.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE

I bought it for my 3 years old niece and she loved it! The table is very well made and it is also good looking, even her parents are enthusiast!
There are many games in one… it’s worth it!
