The two guys that brought the scooter were great. They were stuck in traffic but kept me well informed of their arrival time. They demonstrated everything I needed to know about the scooter , answered all my questions and left all the paperwork I needed .They were professional and pleasant and extremely efficient and so it was a very positive visit I thought

Very Helpful Company
Having had a few issues the Company have done everything to sort things out for us, Sara has been extremely helpful in resolving everything to our satisfaction. They have been very professional, kind and courteous and I would highly recommend this company.
POOR SERVICE
Ehen the chair was delivered we where told that my wife could not use the vibration as she has a pace maker, this was never explained to us when placing the order. they disconnected the vibration unit and stated that they would have to bring a new chair.
I was assured that the company would call me on Monday to make arrangements. so far nobody has made contact with us
They have now made contact and apologised for there error, we have now settled the dispute and I am Happy with the outcome.

From first enquiring about a riser recliner chair we received prompt information and appointment. The young man,Lewis,who came to demonstrate the chair was extremely respectful and was absolutely amazing in his details and demonstration of the chair. He is an asset to the company.

The two young men who delivered and demonstrated use were extremely detailed and checked at every step to ensure we understood how to operate.

Throughout the home visit including the delivery process and familiarisation brief the various Muick Sandy staff very professional informative polite helpful and very courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to all my friends and colleagues

My first experience with Muick Sandy began whilst I was in hospital, when they called to arrange a demonstration. From the outset, their acknowledgement of my emotional situation was empathetic and courteous.
Secondly, the Sales Representative who visited, Eddie Howe, was superb in every way, truly knowledgeable, patient and understanding of my particular needs. Eddie impressed me by his professionalism, calm manner and warm demeanour and gave us the time to reflect before making a decision.
However, this afternoon, Jack Davis and Arran Lang arrived to deliver and assemble the new chair. From their initial telephone calls to alert me to the delivery then meeting them in person to assemble, they both excelled in professionalism and politeness. They kindly helped me move furniture, patiently explained everything in great detail, were kind to my husband and a joy to have around; they could not have offered a better service.
To sum up this lengthy but unapologetic recommendation, Jack and Arran, such pleasant gentlemen, truly excelled in offering a wonderful service to me, the customer; they are both, without doubt, invaluable assets to Muick Sandy and I offer them my grateful thanks for a superb job - such a rarity in today's world!
