Scooter arrived everything okay Ryan explained it well

I understood everything that was demonstrated very easy to take the battery out and fold it Down , And the Best part is how light it is to pick up , I think there should have been either a bag or fitted basket and a cover has when you reckon it up it’s very expensive piece of equipment , if I had to pay the vat you are talking nearly £5,000 that is A Ridiculous Price

So happy with my chair, the company followed all instructions and Ryan made sure I was fully happy with it and the other 2 men (sorry forgot names) all very good and completed quickly, very happy with my purchase

The staff I have dealt with from Muick Sandy, have all been friendly, helpful, as well as very professional. They were very particular in making sure that we understood all aspects of the motor scooter and tested it, when it was demonstrated and when it was delivered. We were very pleased with the F1 scooter as it is light weight, foldable and fitted in my car boot. My wife has been very comfortable driving it around town.

Ryan Lee and Andrew delivered my f1 carbon today the scooter is nice and sleek and matte black really lightweight Ryan did the demo and the boys watched as they were training Ryan give a great demo and the Newcastle geordie chaps were really friendly greatly appreciated muick sandy been a pleasure

Ryan was excellent delivering my f1 carbon and fx carbon excellent experience and demonstration we picked these scooters because they were lightweight also the fx carbon has good features including the lights on the actual scooter and the handle bars easy to fold Scott the rep was really nice and friendly rep wasn’t pushy at all very nice chap all your employees have been helpful jasmine who booked the delivery was also pleasant thank you

From the first call to the company to the delivering of the scooters was very very good customer service. Bernadette who booked the salesman Simon to Alan who drove from Newcastle to deliver the scooters . Thankyou all.

I would have given the full 5 stars as everything was perfect apart from the very small oversight of not delivering the separate arm covers with the chair.
From first enquiry to final delivery Muick Sandy were faultless. Professional at every stage. I appreciated the regular progress up-dates. Matt who measured for the chair was endlessly patient over my choice of design and materiel. James and Isaac delivered the custom built chair on time and with minimum of fuss, managing to navigate a difficult front door entrance with ease. They were very pleasant, professional and went through operating instructions with care. Importantly, with Muick Sandy at no time have I felt at all patronised which I have found upsetting with other chair providers.
To summarise, I cannot recommend Muick Sandy too highly. Must close here, can't wait to settle down in my superbly comfortable delightful looking Muick Sandy armchair.
