Feel very stupid for falling for this scam. Threw $10 down the drain. Isn’t there some way to report this stuff?

fake. I got my physical cards game from My Hero Cards. They are just faking it and have copied their content exact content.

SCAM- BEWARE! This company is deceitful and uses false advertising to solicit purchases. The pictures clearly show a physical product including boxes. They are not selling physical products. There is no watermark on the pictures to say digital download only or pdf file. Nor does it say it in the title. You will find it buried in the description. Fortunately, I used PayPal to make my purchase and I opened a dispute. The seller was not helpful and all and unwilling to issue a refund.
So I called PayPal and escalated it to a claim. The agent was able to reverse the charge. If I just left the dispute open, I never would have received a refund. You must call and speak to an agent to escalate to a claim.
The agent also said they would investigate the website. Would be great if PayPal dropped them. Or at the very least, required them to add pdf file to the title.

Items show boxes but it’s all digital. I keep emailing them and no one will respond. Do not buy from them

This site needs to not show an image of a box with cards when selling digital items. They do say it is a digital item but the descriptions of the card and box make you think otherwise.

Giving them one star is generous and only because I couldn’t rate them lower. I’ve gone back and forth with them trying to receive a refund and they refuse. NEVER have I dealt with such a poor website. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Shows picture of a box with cards. Actually tells you what's in the "box", how many white and black cards. What you actually get is an email with a digital download to print the cards yourself. Deceitful "company". They won't refund my money because they said I received the item. An email is not the item I wanted. Opened a dispute with PayPal but they always seem to side with scammers.

This company is a total scam...do not waste your time or money!!!! They falsely advertise, making it appear (on their website) that you are purchasing an actual set of cards in a box, when what you are actually purchasing is a pdf that you then need to figure out how to get the "cards" printed...and you have to purchase your own storage box seperately. Oh, and funny how the only 4 "5 star" reviews are all written by people from Albania...lol...nice fake reviews. Don't give these scammers your money.

Description of product makes you think you are getting a physical product. Terrible.

Scam! The advertisements make it look like you are receiving physical cards and a box, but it is just a .pdf of generic cards that you have to have professionally printed yourself to be able to use! Site should be VERY clear about this, but it is not. It is designed to get people to hit "buy" before they realize what they've actually purchased. Total scam.

Their costumer support is fast and awesome, they helped me by giving proper instructions. They are legit guys. Emma at Muggles Cards sorted my problem very quickly a asset to any company.

They are legit and very good customer support. Definitely recommend them.

I would rate a 0 if I could. Stole my money. Do not use this scam payment site.

Awful, awful, awful company. Completely useless. Says order has been shipped... 3 weeks later. Nothing. Attempt to contact their customer service. Which they apparently "love hearing from their customers" bullsh*t. Haven't heard anything with more than 6 attempts to contact them. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I made a purchase for 2 sets of their cards. They were never shipped and all of my emails have gone unanswered. Do not trust this seller.

If you're reading this, you probably fell for the same scam the rest of us fell for. This is a scam.

If you haven't purchased anything yet, please don't. I bought a pack of cards for my lady's birthday. After 5 weeks of waiting, I investigated. The picture was of a box of cards. It said you were buying X number of cards. After I paid, it showed it as a digital download of cards. It was too late for me. I had been scammed by misleading advertising. Save your money.

No! Horrible company with misleading product descriptions. Had a posting for Cards Against Disney on sale. Showed a physical item and the description listed how many items are “in the box” it DID NOT list this as a digital download and they refuse to give my money back because it was a download. I have never in my life wanted to print, cut and, laminate 800+ plus cards. They must think I’m crazy or don’t have anything else to do. Glad it was only $10 but i would rather simply threw it in the trash can because i literally gave them money for nothing for an email. Jokes on me but now you’ll know better.

Due to COVID-19, I have been patiently waiting for the delivery, and I am very happy to say that I received my order.

The box came in perfect condition, and I love the content of each card. The funniest game ever. I and my family/friends are patiently waiting for a gathering where we could play it.

I want to thank the seller for their service and for offering us the most qualitative box out there.

I highly recommend buying from this store.

My 23 yr old son is a huge fan of Harry Potter and Cards Against Humanity so this was the perfect gift for him. He loves it. The cards are very nice quality and so funny!
