I requested a return and a credit for my purchased. Which is all over your website.
the dog bed was too small for my dog. I followed all the instructions. for the refund. had not heard from muddy mat with my refund amount They emailed me back stating. since i took the gift card of 25.00. I would not be receiving a credit. That was never mentioned to me. I would not of used the gift card and order a larger bed.

Both my dogs love their beds! I love them because the covers are easy to take off, wash and put back on! Love all my Muddy Mat rugs too (I have 9 of them). Easy peasy washing.

I have tried every dog bed, and my pup just dragged them around like they were toys! She would not step foot in them. I saw this ad and decided to try one more time to get a bed she would use. Lots of great colors. I chose gray because she is black and gray. As soon as I put this bed down, she jumped right on it! 😍 I was elated!!! 🎉 Money well spent. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I was a little skeptical at first to order this for my dog thinking she wouldn’t like it but after seeing so many reviews on social media I decided she was worth it to give it a try. Made inquiries with Muddy regarding a larger size mat than was available on the online order form, but appeared to be used in advertising. Muddy replied promptly each time. Eventually the 6’x9’ mat was made available for order and it fit our need perfectly.
We have Muddy mats in several rooms of our house to minimize the effects of four sets of wet paws on our floors and couldn’t be happier with their performance

Then I saw the ad for Pet Beds. I was like Yes! I ordered 2 beds, I don’t remember what sizes I ordered but one is approximately medium and large.

I love my muddy mats. On sale at Christmas, I went crazy. I don't have any animals except the 2 legged kind that drag stuff in all the time, works on them too. Have a runner in the bathroom and 3 others in front of doors. Keep up the great work!

I purchased 3 rugs
I purchased 3 rugs. 1 did not work in the location I bought it for. I tried to return it, but they were pretty adament about selling me another rug. we went back and forth for quite a while. it was an online chat and they took forever to respond. Eventually, they gave me a credit for the rug and told me to keep it.

I have one @ front door,hallway and living room, for comfort , catch daily dirt from having bare floors . My fur babies are always plopping their butts on them - relaxing! Lol!!
