Great service but not great delivery
Slow delivery is this website's weak point.
Took 2 weeks for my packe to arrive.The customer support is awesome!They answered every question and they were even open about doing me a full refund if the order didn't arrive.Finnaly great prices, customer support but the delivery...could be improved.I get it it's not the website's fault for late delivery but maybe try another delivery service (fancourier is one of the worst here in Romania, always losing packages and late delivery,3 DAYS in TRANSIT)

Dear Alex, we are sorry that your order takes long to arrive. We have, however, shipped it within the estimated dispatch time that was indicated to you when you made the order and was clearly stated in the confirmation email (as one of the products you ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered from the supplier - which was clearly indicated). We can see that it is still in transit in Romania 2 days after pickup, but unfortunately that is beyond our control.
No respect shown!
This shop is not disclosing clearly the payment methods and thus, they are changing the policy how they see fit.
To mentioned, I ve had 1 order that was successful, the next was delayed and I could not collect it because I was already on vacantion.
So before they apply some normal EU rules accordingly, they should respect more the customer.
As of now I ll avoid this online shop and I'll offer the same advise to everyone seeing this feedback!!!

Hi everyone,
My situation with this shop is like this. I put a order for a fork cutting device from Unior. The description was in Romanian language. Evrething was ok. I put the order, I pay, I receive the parcel. But the product was something else. I am going in contact with customer suport. And no suport on my money.
I pay for a product and now it is necessary to pay again for shop mistake.
Sorry do not buy from this seller.
Avoid them and MUZIKER site is the same c...t

Good shop for bike parts.
Hard to find an English language review so took a chance. No issues at all with the process, Comms or speed. Was a little worried when the box (for large turbo trainer), arrived and had been opened and resealed with mtbiker branded tape but it was just to add a handful of stickers. Happy to use again, it's a typical on-line service like any of the big shops. Only issue was a standard 2 pin euro plug for Ireland which is to be expected.
